Too costly to fill my big boy's litter box!

I love the idea of this product. It is light weight, easy to handle and pour but because my kitty is a big boy and doesn't have a regular litter box; his is extra large - I need two boxes to fill his box adequately which is too costly. The litter is too fine though and gets into my long haired cat's fur. It clumps nicely! This product would work wonderfully for smaller kitties but not for my big boy!

Strong parfume

I had this opportunity to try for free the Arm and Hummer Hardball clumping litter. When I opened the box, I felt a strong scent of litter, is smells very nice but my cat couldn’t go to the toilet during more than 12 hours because of the parfume. I had to add some of my cat’s old litter on the new one. Now my cat is used to the new litter. Another issue is the price $$$, yes, 25$ for 3 kg I think is too expensive , but there are a lot of positive facts: 1. The litter is very lightweight: nearly 60% lighter than our regular litter.
2.Very easy to scoop it. On the box is written that freshness is guaranteed up to 20 days. 3. Low dust formula.

You’re the product, but the smell is not

this litter is composed of small orange crystals, and it is indeed dust-free and very light compared to clay litter. The clumps were solid and stayed intact when put into pet poop bags. In other words, it is great in theory and will likely work for most cats.What I disliked about it is that there is an overpowering smell to it and if it is annoying for me, I cannot imagine how much it must be for cats. I have two litterboxes, one with with regular clay litter and the other one with this platinum formula. I left it for several days and one of my cats refused to use this one for unknown reasons. The other cat used it and I managed to have a good timing to see him using the litterbox, and I saw he was confused because he was "slipping" on the crystals and did not seem to like it. With that said, it works as intended, but some cats may not like the smell nor texture.

Very hard to find

I had a really hard time finding this specific cat litter. I had to go to 4 different stores to find it. I finally found it at petland. I do love that it is lightweight and easy to carry. There is a up to 20 day freshness guarantee. I love Arm & Hammer I am very excited for this cat litter! You can scoop it and not have to change it which is great. Thank you for letting me try the HardBall Light weight cat litter.

Even The Cashier Was Excited To Try It!

Every pet owner wants the best for their animals. As seen in the photo, Scout seems to approve of how I'm trying to make things more comfortable for her.

As soon as I poured this litter into my cat's litter box, I saw the difference. Usually, I notice a cloud of dust coming up when the litter is poured in, no matter how slowly I add it. With this Arm and Hammer Hardball Cat Litter, there was no dust, and it was easy to pour in. It didn't smell perfumey which is an added bonus. I would always rather have the focus placed on the litter working while being safe for the pet. Being odor-reducing and not having a ton of scents added to it to TRY to cover up the smells is definitely a bonus.

It's lightweight compared to other brands I've tried and the clumps don't disintegrate and make a mess as you clean it. Overall, I really, REALLY, enjoy using it so far. I think Scout concurs.

Impressive Litter

I had not heard of this product before this campaign. When I went to the store to pick up Arm & Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter for review, the 2 things that stood out to me were that: 1) it is super lightweight and 2) the price was high given the smaller than expected box size. At the cash register, I was thinking it is great that I get to try this product for free, and I don't think I'd be able to purchase this in the future to use as my regular litter; given the size it didn't seem like it was going to last too long.

Wow, my opinion has completed turned around after trying Arm & Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter! To open the box, there is a perforation on the side so you can easily pour the product out. This is great, as the product is loose in the box, not in a plastic bag. I was quite surprised when I saw the product - it is light brown in colour, and very fine, almost like sawdust. Not what I was expecting at all. And it is great that there is no dust when adding this litter. Clear instructions on the side of the box tell you how to slowly integrate this litter into your regular litter, to help your cat adjust to the change.

As soon as I added it to the litter box, my cat was coming around to see what was going on. He was interested in the product right away.

Arm & Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter indicates it helps create ultra compact clumps for less waste and easy clean-up.
After using this litter for several days, I agree with these claims. The clay litter I normally use is a clumping one, but the clumping is not always the best - sometimes it clumps and sometimes it just darkens the litter without clumping, which makes it hard to clean up and remove just the affected area; instead I have to remove a larger amount of litter. Adding Arm & Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter to my regular clay litter has helped immensely! No more dark non-clumped areas. Instead the affected areas are clumped and easily removed, leaving the remaining litter to look relatively new and clean.

This product has helped me greatly, and I will purchase it again in the future. Given its cost, I don't think I could manage to use it 100% on its own in the litterbox, but I like the impact it has while adding it to my regular clay litter, and will continue to use it this way.

Lightweight and works great!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion, and honestly, I'm impressed. It's super lightweight, which makes handling way easier than the usual heavy litter. It clumps really well — no crumbling or mess when scooping — and it keeps odors under control better than I expected. My cats had no issue switching to it, which is always a good sign! I'd definitely consider buying it again.

Excellent litter

I am reviewing ARM & HAMMER Hardball Clumping Litter, Lightweight, Easy No-Mess Scooping, 3.17 KG, 3.17 KG as part of a item for free for my honest review.

Cats Create Chaos, But ARM & HAMMER saves the day

As a cat mom to six (yes, SIX!) furballs, litter box drama is just a part of my life. But when my cats decided to turn me into a K9 Kitty Poop Sleuth 🕵️‍♀️ last week, I knew something had to change. After days of trying to figure out who was using the floor beside the litter box 😅), I decided to try a new brand, ARM & HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter! 🐾✨ So far, so good.

Very lightweight litter

Arm and Hammer is our usual litter brand. It is my first time using the new HardBall litter. It looks much different than the regular, and is much lighter. Easier to use and spread. My cats don't seem to mind the difference. In terms of clean-up, it clumps pretty well. I find the price a bit more, but the light weight litter is very helpful. It's not super dusty either. My main issue would be that my cats really kick the litter around, because it's lighter weight, I find myself cleaning more up off the ground. So if your cats are aggressive diggers like mine it might not be for you.
