Does it's job!!

This litter is extremely lightweight. The lightest I've ever used! My cats normally share the box but one of mine didn't like this litter at all whereas the other one seemed to really like it! I really liked that it was virtually mess free and doesn't stick to the cats too much when they leave the litter box. It's lasting longer than expected and I notice that Im wasting less product. I will buy this again for sure.

The Best Cat litter

We have 3 cats in our house so a good cat litter is very important to us! The Arm & Hammer Hardball Lightweight litter is the best we've ever used! Easy to clean and no lingering odor on the cats after using it.

Such strong clumps!!

As advertised the clumps are rock hard. It could literally be tossed around inside the kitty litter and it probably wouldn't break apart.
It did take some time for my kitties to get used to it (They won't use the crystals in other brands) but now that they've tried it, I've seen that litter used multiple times.
*note that I have 3 naughty spraying cats who NEED to like their litter box.
The smell is "perfumey" and quite strong. Too strong for me in a small room. Takes some getting used to.

Easy clean up no more odor

We never have experienced a sand texture before, we were wondering how this would impact picking up waste. It turns out this product is very effective at clumping which makes cleaning up so much easier. We are also thankful that the freshness stays a long time because my father is getting older so less time is spent changing out the litter. There were no dust particles which was a pleasant surprise. If dust is bad for us, it is definitely bad for cats. There is a scent but it doesn't lend itself to be bothersome, it just gives a fresh smell. We will definitely repurchase. It is on the higher price tag side but we feel it's worth repurchasing for the freshness factor alone. Great kitty litter

Great litter that my cat loves! Pleasant smell to litter and no dust when cleaning litter box. Litter clumps well and makes it easy to clean. Lasts a long time which leads to less frequent litter changes. A great litter that I’ll use going forward.

Hardball Wins!

I received this product for free in exchange for y honest opinion. I purchased the Arm and Hammer Hardball Cat Litter about 3 weeks ago. I noticed the significantly lighter weight of the box immediately!! No more lugging necessary…a definite posit r right out of the gate. The claim of being 99.9% dust-free is an absolute fact. No clouds or residue with this new formula so no need to sweep up every couple of days. The litter absorbs wetness incredibly fast, allowing for quick and easy scooping. The best feature for me is no pooling of urine anywhere. You know that damp spot that never comes out when you’re emptying the whole box into the garbage? That spot that has to be scooped out as not even gravity can conquer it?? Yeah that spot is gone!! I followed the instructions of pooling some of my old litter with the Hardball so I don’t know if these results are the combination of the two, but I have no mess and no odour issues. Hardball is playing hard and “winning!”

It was okay

I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review. This cat litter eliminates odour better than my any litter I have ever used. I didn’t find the scent to strong. I found this cat litter was just ok for cleaning. It clumped good. The one thing I didn’t like was the price, it is way, way to expensive for the amount of litter you actually got. If it was cheaper I would definitely recommend.

Good but expensive.

I recently tried the ARM & HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter and there are definitely some pros and cons. What I like most is that it's virtually dust-free, which is a huge win compared to many other litters. The litter itself is made up of tiny, lightweight balls that are easy to scoop, and the clumps are impressively solid—almost like soft rubber once wet. That said, when it does clump, it can stick quite stubbornly to the bottom of the litter box, which makes cleanup a little more work than I expected.

One of the biggest positives is that I haven't noticed any odours at all. The freshness claim of up to 20 days actually seems legit. It's also noticeably lighter than traditional clay litter, which makes it easier to handle and pour.

However, the price is where I’m hesitant. A 10lb box costs $28, and depending on how often your cat uses the litter box, you could be spending $42–$56 a month. For comparison, Pretty Litter is around $30/month per cat—I usually spend about $35–40/month for my one cat, so it’s not a major jump, but still enough to make me question if it’s worth the switch.

Overall, this litter performs well in terms of odour control and cleanliness, but whether it's worth the higher cost will depend on your budget and how much litter your cat typically goes through.

I received a coupon for arm and hammer hard ball lightweight cat litter. It is designed for households with multiple cats in it. It doesn’t track and has a pleasant scent. As the packaging says, it creates hard clumps and makes for easy cleaning. I highly recommend using any arm and hammer products. This cat litter delivered.
