Help your skin and the environment

I love the refill pouch I received! I didn't know that Aveeno had refill pouch options, so this made me really happy to see. I love that the lid is easy to click open and closed for easy refills and yet it won't spill or leak. It's nice to have a container that's better for the environment too!

I am so happy this comes in a refill too! I will be able to reuse my bottle a lot, or any glass bottle I want, with the recharge that fills the initial bottle twice with 80% less plastic! I hope more brands makes the switch to more eco-friendly (and money saving) packagings like this!

Gentle Nourishing Facial Cleanser

My household is filled with various Aveeno products that we find very effective when dealing with sensitive skin and eczema so I knew right away I would love the "Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing Oat Facial Cleanser" and I absolutely do! ❤ 

I love the simple, light & natural look of the packaging it really compliments the focal ingredients, gentle/nourishing factor and care for the planet.  I appreciate the included 473ml refill pouch which offers a generous 2x refill plus it's made of 30% post-consumer recycled plastic along with the 232mL fluid-ounce bottle 🌎👍  Two of the main key ingredients are prebiotic oats and feverfew(flower) which nourishes and gently cleanses while soothing/calming the skin.  It's also hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance free, paraben free, alcohol free, dye free, sulfate free, and phthalate free making it ideal and agreeable for my sensitive skin.

I've been using it for almost a week now during the mornings/nights and my skin looks more nourished than it was a week ago.  It has a very slight oat smell and an easy to apply gel consistency that leaves zero irritation to my skin.  After the very first use i found my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed,  hydrated and more soft without being stripped of moisture which usually isn't the case with my previous cleanser.  It tends to clean well but leaves my face feeling extra dry so a face moisturizer follows right after but with the "Aveeno Calm + Restore" I can actually skip that step.  Lastly i'm impressed that the bottle still looks quite full and barely used which gives me the impression that it'll last for a good amount of time before I need to refill.

Overall i find it effective for my sensitive skin.  It does a great job in lifting and removing dirt/impurities while persevering and strengthening the skins moisture barrier.  I would definitely recommend! 😊❤👍

Gentle and soothing

It does not foam and and it is very gentle. It has a slight oat scent which is amazing. It does a great job at cleaning my face and does not strip away any oils and make my skin feel tight after using it.

Love the refill pouch

This refill pouch is super convenient and environmentally friendly. It works out to be cheaper than buying new ones each time and is easy to pour into the old jar! I love this cleanser and the refill pouch encourages me to keep purchasing it.

Great refill for cleanser for sensitive skin!

This is a great way to be environmentally friendly. This is a hydrating cleanser for sensitive skin. I love how it leaves out all the harsh chemicals. It is a great product to use daily even for pregnant ladies!

such a good idea!

The original packaging is very sturdy so once it's empty, it makes sense to just refill the original bottle instead of buying a new one. It also has so much more product than the original bottle.

Aveeno facial cleanser

I received the Aveeno facial cleanser and a refill pouch as a sample and I really enjoyed it. Most products leave my skin feeling really dry but this didn’t. I’m just hoping the price is good as well.

Bulk buy!

This is the refill for the cleanser I got and is this not the best thing ever!! I have struggled with the skin condition KP since I was a kid and this is the first ever thing to work! It is natural and no scent which I love, and is so smooth and non foaming. I will be using this product moving forward!!

I like the environmental initiative

I think this is a very clever and smart waste reducing way to provide refills to the cleanser without creating as much waste. My issue is that this plastic is not able to be recycled as easily as the bottle.
