Good for the planet

I am slowly coming towards pouches and bags that are reusable and good for the planet. Whenever I will finish my Aveeno oat facial cleanser, I can alway refill the bottle from the pouch instead of getting more bottles and adding more plastic to the landfill. I am glad Aveeno is being a responsible brand. Thank you for this!

LOVE!!!

Anything and everything that we can do to help protect our environment is important. The fact that this can save up to 80% of the plastic, that is used to make the bottles is insanely impressive. This for me makes me want to support the company and buy this product. I’m also a huge fan of the cleanser itself. So soothing to my sensitive skin. I’m very impressed by this huge step that J&J is taking, to make the world more sustainable and green.

Refillable and feeling great!

As long as I can remember Aveeno has been in my home. From multiple types of lotion, I like the Creamy Oil for my everyday hand and body lotion, my hubby likes the Restorative cream for his hands, and you’ll find the original sensitive skin in the bathroom for after hand washing, and let’s not forget my shaving cream! Never a far trip to find something Aveeno.
That being said I had actually never tried any of their facial skincare products, I’m not sure why really, so needless to say when Butterly and Aveeno gifted me the new Aveeno Calm + Restore facial cleanser and refill pouch I was thrilled!

I absolutely love trying new skincare from all different price points and the Aveeno Calm + Restore did not disappoint. Featuring Aveeno’s signature oat complex alongside feverfew, this cleanser is gentle and effective.

The pump bottle makes distribution quick, easy, and mess free. The texture is that of a slightly thick gel moisturizer with an excellent slip. It glides along your skin with ease, effectively cleansing the grime of the day off the skin for a clean and refreshed feeling. It does not strip the skin, or leave it feeling tight at all, and there is no residue left over by the cleanser.

I have been using the cleanser since receiving it a couple of weeks ago and my skin has not negatively reacted to the switch at all, it feels soft to the touch, hydrated, and clean.

Not only is the cleanser wonderful, Aveeno has taken steps towards a more sustainable future with the packing of this product. You can get your initial cleanser in a pump bottle for easy and convenient use and then when you are running low you can just grab the refill pouch and refill your pump bottle at home. The refill pouch is quick and easy to use with a twist off cap and pouring spout that will allow you to refill your bottle twice, significantly reducing packing waste and return trips to the store when your bottle hits empty.

Environment helping

The nourishing oat refill pouch is a handy and environmentally friendly way to reuse your current pump and bottle. I found it a little messy to use compared to other refill pouches I’ve had, you can’t fill it up past the “Aveeno” title as I found the cleanser wanted to go straight up and over the twist edge instead of moving inwards to continue filling the bottle. Once I figured this out it was a lot cleaner and I would buy again for the environment.

Perfect pouch cleanser

I loved this refill pouch with the twist open cap . Easily pours into an empty bottle. This offers a great deal of cleanser for the money.It is made of 30% recycled plastic which cuts down unnecessary waste.

Amazing! Saves costs and nature!

I absolutely love the fact that there is a pouch like this as a refil. I am absolutely in love with this facial cleanser and knowing there is an option that is cost effective and that also helps nature is amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Easy to use, less waste

Refill package is easy to use. It’s huge so I feel like I’ll never run out. Less waste. Not sure if the packaging will keep it fresh. It’s a great idea

The size is so generous

The pouch is soft to touch and has a lock. The refill is really big - 473ml, when the bottle is 232ml. I'm pleased to see that Aveeno cares about the environment and customers providing such affordable skincare of a high quality.
