Not a fan

I received Aveeno exzema for free from chick advisor. It was just okay. I liked that it didn’t have a scent. I found that even after a period of about half an hour my skin still felt sticky from it. It eventually went away but took quite awhile. I also didn’t find it to relieve any itchiness at all. I provably would not recommend this to others for their dry skin.

Wonderfully moisturized skin!

I received a free AVEENO Eczema Care Itch Relief Balm from Chick Advisor to try and review. My 3 youngest children (10, 7, 2) and I suffer from eczema. My kids suffer worse than I, and my daughter the worst of all. We’ve tried several over the counter eczema products in the last few years trying to find something that stops them from scratching until they bleed. No perfect fixes but, I have been impressed with this new product from Aveeno. We’ve tried their other Eczema items with no relief. I love that this feels better both when I apply it on my children and myself. The consistency of this balm, is much better for our issues of dry skin and eczema. When they apply this themselves there were no complaints of icky hands and skin after applying it. I does feel a wee bit sticky/tacky afterwards for a little bit and I definitely want to wash my the palm of my hands when done, yet it feels pretty good on the rest of my body. On the whole it feels much better both going on and afterwards than most Eczema products which is a big plus for us. I was happy to see a quick improvement with my daughter’s wrists after a few applications. I was really amazed at how my extremely dry skin felt really smooth after 2 applications and it felt great for a long time afterwards. Finding products that leave my skin feeling moisturized for more than an hour or two is rare. This felt great 24 hours later on areas that I normally have to keep reapplying to before it makes any real difference. Unfortunately my 2 yr old son seemed to have a reaction to it. The rest of us will continue to try this for a bit longer to see if there are more improvements. With Winter dry skin as well we could use the help, a definite bonus. Very glad we got to try this.

Great for eczema on the hands

I got this product from ChickAdvisor as part of their product review club.

I liked that it didn't sting at all which most lotions do on eczema. I liked that it almost was like a coating on the hands but it wasn't greasy or sticky. This definitely sped up the healing of the eczema as well as keeping it from flaring up.

Works wonders!

I loved this product!! In winter my skin gets itchy and very dry, and regular lotions don't do much. I've tried special eczema creams before, and they always worked better for me. Aveeno went an extra step! This cream smells great, has nice consistency and actually helps me with my skin. I can wear short sleeves again in winter. My boyfriend who has actual diagnosed eczema loved it too, really helped to smooth and calm the skin. I had to give it to him in the end, he needs it more. At the sale price of 19.99 it's actually fair price I think, but at 30 is a bit more than I normally spend. I might make an exception in this case :)

A must have product!

I was thrilled to receive the Aveeno Eczema Care Itch Relief Cream as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I was amazed at how large the jar is, it's great value for the money! The cream is unscented and I found it absorbed quickly. I've had a dry patch of skin on the inside of my elbow for so long and nothing I've used has gotten rid of it. After using this cream it was gone within a week! I will continue to use this cream daily and will purchase it once this jar runs out. I will recommend this product highly to family and friends.

Une douceur pour la peau

Ma peau vous remercie pour ce baume. Grâce à l'application de cette crème mes démangeaisons ont significativement diminué en quelques jours et ma peau est beaucoup moins rouge. La crème est riche et onctueuse. Elle s'applique très bien. Le format du pot est aussi très raisonnable. Seul petit bémole, contrairement à la description, elle laisse une petit film graisseux mais qui disparait dans un délais raisonnable.

Great product

I received this product free to try from ChickAdvisor and have really been enjoying it. I find that it is gentle enough on my skin. It doesn't leave a greasy residue behind like some lotions.

Aveeno Eczema Care Itch Relief Balm-No more itchy dry skin!

I received a free jar of Aveeno Eczema Care Itch Relief Balm in exchange of an honest review. I have extremely dry skin in the winter. It peels and is very itchy. I used the product every day for a week and my skin was smooth, soft and no longer itchy.

I like that there's no scent and it's not greasy at all. I would recommend it to my family and friends and would definitely purchase it for myself.

7 day trial in progress

Hey so I am currently pregant and already have excema so I was really excited when this oppurinty came along to try a new product as my ezcema hasd gotten worse and my old cream I used made my face really greeasy, it was the polysporin brand cream and it worded okay before being pregant. Anywyas so I have decied to try this product on my face and my stretch marks since they are super itchy for a trail period of 7 days.

Day 1 I found this cream to be very much like vasaline and when I put it on my tummy and face it would not rub in and when I put my shirt back down it stuck to the cream. So far not very pleasent and so far wouldnt reccomened it. Pics are from day 1 pre treatment.

Working great for my husband and daughter

My husband is a chef and his hands get horribly dry and cracked from working in the kitchen, and constantly washing his hands throughout the day. We have used many creams throughout the years for him, but the main problem he runs into is that they leave his hands greasy and sometimes even more irritated or itchy.

He has been using this cream consistently all week and it has been working great for him. It had been helping add back some moisture, and hasn't cause any irritation. I wouldn't say it is completely "grease" feeling free, but it is way better than other creams that he had used.

My daughter has extremely dry skin on her arms, and lower back. It tends to bother her especially when she sleeps. We've been using this for her as well and it has been great. I like the fact that there isn't an overwhelming scent that bothers her as well.

So far we are really liking it, and I think we will end up getting it again.
