    WORKS WONDERS

I took a vacay last year and didn't use anything on my face. I ended up getting sun blisters that lasted 2 weeks.... NOT FUN. I then took vacay again a couple months later and knew I needed something.. I purchased this from Shoppers Drug Mart and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!. I only used the product on my lips and I applied it several times through out the day. NO SUN BLISTERS. Its a good buy and its cheap enough. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

    Sunscreen glue stick.

I picked up this stick on sale at Shoppers. It says that it is great for use on ears, nose, lips and the face. I never even attempted the lips but I did the rest. The smell isn't very strong but it smells like powder mixed with maybe licorice. When putting it on you can't really see the product or feel it so it's hard to tell where you put it. While outside I didn't burn so it does do the job. I love that it isn't greasy and didn't run into my eyes like most sunscreens seem to with me since I tend to sweat a lot in the summer. The biggest issue was the fact that I couldn't see it while putting it on. Other than that it did the trick for me.

Though this is advertised that it can be used on the lips, I would not recommend this for the lips! I bought this specifically to help prevent my lips burning and drying in the sun, but it leaves a white residue and has an awful chemical taste that makes me think it is not safe to be on the lips (and potentially ingested!). Though I think this would work well to apply sunscreen to the ears and nose, I just don't think it is worth buying.
