This is the oil I use in my cooking, and in my baking. It makes my cakes so moist, and cooks my fried food evenly. It's a quality oil, and we will continue to buy it.

I use this in my baking a lot and love it's light taste. It's a bit higher priced than canola oil and even EVOO when EVOO goes on sale, so I don't use it regularly for cooking, but it works well!

We used this product for home made spring rolls! This product i would highly recommend, for several different reasons. After we fried the spring rolls they were not over oily, the taste was amazing and light. I actually did not purchase this product our dinner guests did but my next grocery shop we stoked up!
