Good...but had better
Ok so my kids and I are 100% gluten free. We used to eat this stuff all the time because it was the best we had found. We actually still order it because it’s hard to get GF anything in our tiny town. The only other one I have found that was better was Barilla.
Definitely worth the money though.
The catelli gluten free pasta tastes great but if you over cook it even just the slightest it will mush apart into small pieces. I will try making it again but this time cook it el dente.
I have been enjoying using this pasta and it works especially well in dishes that you make without precooking the pasta. I love to throw the pasta in the dish without cooking and it comes out quite nice. You can hardly tell the difference.
