J'ai fait les fusilli Catelli Supergreen avec une sauce bolognaise et je dois dire qu'au premier coup d'œil, ce n'était pas trop alléchant. Les enfants ne voulais pas y goûter. Après plusieurs minutes, ils ont goûté mais ils n'ont pas vraiment aimé...j'ai jeté les assiettes (ce que je ne fait jamais lorsque je cuisine des pâtes). Je ne sais pas si c'est seulement la couleur qui ne leur plaisait pas??? Personnellement j'ai trouvé que ça goutait la même chose que les pâtes régulières. Mon conjoint aussi n'a vu aucune différence.

I received a box of this pasta for free as part of the Product Review Club. While I tend to enjoy whole wheat, healthier-tasting pasta, my husband and kids are generally less enthusiastic. I used this box to make a buffalo chicken pasta salad. . . so the picky 4-year-old wouldn't try it. The baby, who likes spicy things, didn't seem to notice that the pasta was at all different than usual. My husband, who is usually skeptical, said that he was impressed with the texture - it didn't feel any thicker, chewier or starchier than regular pasta. I enjoyed the flavour and texture as well.

That said, I hesitate to spend extra on this. The added nutrition is nice. . . but not significant enough to justify a (much) higher price. If it were on sale, I would consider picking this up. If not, I'd likely stick with whatever is cheapest.

Got this from chick advisor as well and it was amazing, would buy all the time. It may be green but it tastes amazing. It cooked well and did not take any longer and taste any different then ordinary pasta

to quote my little one "yummy yummy in my tummy" my fussy eater gobbled it right up and even asked for more, it was very surprising but wonderful to see. I highly recommend it to others to try.

I really loved this pasta (as did my husband), but my son was a little weirded out by the colour. I figured this might be an issue, so I cooked it with some homemade pesto (which he loves), but he still wasn't fooled and wondered why his pasta was green. It tasted great though and held up like any other pasta. If you can get over the colour then it's worth purchasing.

I loved this pasta so much! It was delicious (even on it's own) and the texture was great. My very picky 7 year old even liked this and that is amazing (since he only likes about 5 things).

I love that I can have healthy alternatives to a staple in my home. My family loves pasta but I don't like to buy the regular stuff. I'm so happy to have been able to try this b/c now I know I can buy pasta I feel good about feeding my family and know they love.

I used the recipe that came with my sample, with a few tweaks to use items I had on hand.
We made a cold pasta salad, I threw in lots of different veggies for colour. I used a small amount of Italian dressing and some fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Not only did the colour of the pasta add to the look of this dish, we couldn't even tell the difference in taste of the "green" pasta.
Will definitely use this pasta again.

I have tried Catelli Super Greens as a pasta salad with my BBQ meal. Its really healthy and tastes great. I can not wait to try the other different types of healthy pasta.

My husband purchased Catelli Supergreens Fusilli by accident when he was picking up groceries. He thought it was just normal white pasta. I didn't think my kids would even think about eating it. So I read them green eggs and ham and hoped for the best Lol. I just made the meal I normally do (boiled noodles with Cheez Whiz and butter, their favourite lunch). Surprisingly, they actually tried it and liked it! I would definitely buy it again. I am always looking for ways to sneak in extra nutrients as they are both very picky eaters.

I received a coupon to try these' and we all enjoyed them. They are a mixture of veggie pasta, taste great and are more healthy than regular white pasta. I will be using them to make pasta salad, they will look pretty with the tri colour.
