Not as good as the other brands, but decent

This is a good quality product, very good flavour and great value.
I prefer other brands, but having these on hand makes the kids happy.
Chapman’s is an excellent brand, it just not my favourite product.

WHY WON"T THEY MELT?! But they taste so good...

I bought these on a whim. I like Chapman's Ice Cream, and while I rarely eat ice cream sandwiches these days, I had a craving. They were very tasty and not too big, which I liked. But they don't melt! I guess that's supposed to be a good thing, but it freaked me out. They seem to become a kind of whipped cream consistency instead of melting like regular ice cream. I don't know if I'd buy them again, but if it doesn't bother you, go for it, they're yummy. Yes, I still ate them.

I am a huge fan of ice cream sandwiches. Chapman's makes great ice cream that is always creamy, rich and delicious. The vanilla ice cream is tasty and has a nice soft texture. It melts in your mouth as you eat it. I love that this ice cream is sandwiched between 2 layers of cookie. The cookie is soft and crumbly. It has a nice semi-sweet chocolate flavor. You can buy these at Walmart, Loblaws, Metro, Food Basics and most other grocery stores. They tend to go on sale around the summer months.

My boyfriend is a big kid at heart and this could be one o the reasons he still loves these! I am not a huge ice cream sandwich fan but having tried these and tried stores own versions..i can see why these are more popular.

The ice cream is smooth and the "bread" isn't dry and flaky.

Often on special at the grocery store, this is when i buy them as i find them a little expensive at RRP.
