Ok… but disappointed

I found this frozen treat to be disappointing in both taste, texture and value. There was a very small amount of caramel in the center of the cones to start with, and it had a very grainy texture. Next was the cone which didn’t hold up for long, it became sauggy pretty quickly which led to me being dropped on. Finally the ice while okay wasn’t the same quality as Chapman ice cream I love.
