Exciting family time

My 9 year old just loved the game and was very exciting to learn this game. Looks awesome and interesting to kids. Specially it’s from Disney, that well known brand for kids.

Fun for all ages!

This was a fun, family game! As a family who loves everything Disney, we were delighted to receive this game to try out. Though we found the instructions a little confusing at first, we managed to figure out the set up for two players. My daughter and I had a blast playing, and are looking forward to challenging the rest of the family in the 3-4 player mode!

Way to complicated

We tried this game with my 12 year old, my mom and my husband and I. It took over a half hour to set up and the first problem was the set up and labeling of the different pieces were terrible. Finally got it set up what we think was correct and tried playing a turn and it kind of made sense but you need to track both your sidekick and your villains heart points but nothing is provided for you too use to keep track. After of spending over a hour with set up and playing we have up. The concept is good and sounded fun but the actual game and instructions are terrible and make no sense. We are huge Disney Fans and are avid board game players and have played several cooperative games that my daughter had been able to play for years and were above her age rating yet this game is rated 8+ and a 12 year old two adults in there 40s and one in her 60s were not able to figure this out. The instructions are huge and we found a mistakes in them as well, like the damage your sidekick can make it says top left hand corner, well there is no number there! So glad that we didn't waste money on this! My daughter was so disappointed and none of us even want to try playing again. Huge waste of time and I do not recommend at all!

A great teamwork game

I played this game with my 3 children. It’s a team game. You either all win or all lose. It’s quite lengthy to set up and learn to play. I am not even sure if we played correctly. It took 1.5 hrs from start to finish. I’m sure it’ll go quicker as we play again. The goal is to save your heroes and kill at least one villain. My children and I had fun. We will play it again this weekend. #familyratedclub

Intricated Game for patient game players.

#FamilyRatedClub gave me the honour to try this game. I asked my neighbours children, aged 8 and 10, to play the game with me. The set up for the game is very long and they were growing bored. When we started playing the game they were enjoying it but then they lost interest in it. I asked why and they said " that the game was slow and drawn out." They liked the game pieces and thought the cards were vibrant. I personaly compare the game to a Disney version of Dungeons and Dragons. I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys this type of play.

Sidekicks Finally in the Spotlight!

The kids are starting to love strategic & tactical games (think Pokemon cards) and this was perfect for them!! I loved how the sidekicks are finally in the limelight!! This is a great addition to our ever growing collection of boardgames!! :)
