I seriously love my Ergo! While my first son was not into babywearing (I think I started too late), I was determined to wear my second baby. I started him in my Ergo when he was teeny tiny, using an insert to prop him up. He loved being close to my skin, sleeping while listening to my heartbeat, and snuggling with me. I loved the fact that I could be hands-free and that my back didn't hurt. Fast forward, my son is now almost 9 months old and still loving the Ergo. He chills out while he's in it, looking around and people-watching, he touches my skin and snuggles when he feels like it. This is by far the best baby carrier. It is so comfortable to use (I've tried a couple other ones, but wasn't pleased with them and returned them). Yes, it is expensive, but that's what you get for good quality. You do get what you pay for in this case, and the Ergo is WELL worth it!

I bought an Ergo after reading several reviews about them. The price was way out of my legue but I figured it's the best & went ahead and bought it.

My daughter does love it, it's very comfortable for BOTH of us, but I probably wouldn't recommend it, I'm sure there's another carrier that gets the job done equally as good & has a (much) smaller price tag!

The price tag hurt a bit, especially as I had already tried and moved on from two other carriers. But in the end it was worth every penny! My son is over 20 lbs and I can easily carry him all day in this, front or back. It's comfortable, easy to use, and we both love it. My son (9 months) claps whenever he sees me put it on! Putting baby into the back carry is a little tricky at first, but I've got it figured out. When he was sick and wanted to snuggle all day I used this, and was still able to go aobut my day, doing laundry, etc. A fantastic product and a must for any mom interested in baby-carrying!

I wish I had heard of this before I had my oldest daughter, as I used a cheap one, and it hurt my back so much we never used it. I finally caved and bought this one when I was pregnant with my 2nd, it was worth every penny. I used the infant insert when she was really little. My daughter was a very fussy baby and never wanted to be put down and always had to be carried. Without this carrier my house would have been a mess, and I would have had a very sore back and arms. We recently stopped using this as she is now too big, it was a very sad day when I sold it.

This product has saved me a lot of awkward moments! Having 3 children already, I needed to find a way to keep baby close, while still being able to be a mom tomy other children. I use my ergo everywhere! We use it at the park, when the boys are on their bikes, but I think the best is when we are home. It frees my hands some can help with crafts, stories, playing games and Lego, and also I am able to get some housework done! I am not sure how I would have functioned without it!

I adore this carrier! I've tried various other carriers, slings, and wraps and this is the only one that doesn't leave my shoulders aching at the end of the day. My baby loved being in it and I love the fact that he was nice and close. I've used this for walking around the block, at the mall, and hiking. The only con of the Ergo is that it's price point puts it out of range for some people.

I have the original Ergo Baby with green lining. I absolutely love this baby carrier and it's my all time favourite. I have tried many different carriers and I found this one to be the most comfortable. It has thick shoulder padding, adjustable shoulder clips and a wide waist band to distribute the weight evenly. I have a lot of back problems and this is the only carrier I can use with my kids for extended length of time. Not to mention this is very easy to use if you are carrying the baby in front. I needed a little help with the backcarry but once the baby is on, the weight feels like nothing on my back. I have not tried the hip carry feature with the Ergo.

My husband also uses this one and he likes to carry the kids on the back. The kids also love being in the Ergo and there is never any complaints when they are being carried around.

The Ergo also comes with a storage bag that is large enough that you can easily fold the Ergo back into the pouch.

In addition, I bought a pair of sucking pads for the shoulder straps which was great when the kids were teething and drooling. :)

A couple of my friends also bought the Ergo and the consensus are the same all around: the Ergo is the best!

If you are going to spend the money on a good baby carrier, I'd highly recommend the Ergo!!

This thing is AMAZING!!! I initially had a rigid frame backpack that took up as much room in my small car as a stroller and was the most uncomfortable piece of baby gear I have ever seen. My Ergo fits in the diaper bag and is as comfortable as favorite hoody ;) I seriously can't feel my 25 lbs baby on my back. I haven't tried but I swear I could wear it all day. My baby is super comfy in it too. . .he never falls asleep anywhere but his crib or car seat and he dozed off a few times in this. I wear it for walks, shopping, big brothers hockey games (keeps him extra warm and me too) and around the house when I am trying to get things done. I am a plus sized gal and this fits me great. They only downside is it is a little tricky to get used to putting baby in it on your back. . .took a few times but I am more than comfortable with it now. Hands down the best piece of baby gear I have ever owned between 3 kids spanning 10 years :)

I love this product!
I had slipped a disc in my back, but still needed to carry around my baby while looking after my 2 year old. This gave me the back support i needed and the range of motion i need to look after both kids at once. While it does take some time to get use to, I never leave the house without it. Plus the extra cuddle time with my baby is great. I also love the privacy hood for when baby is sleeping.
