Essie remains one of my favorite nail polish brands out of all the big and readily available ones. The slim brush is good for my smaller nails, the colors are always on point, and the bottles are the cutest and are easy to store away (I have well over a hundred Essies, and have many swatched on my blog). Occasionally there will be a shade that doesn't apply all that well, but overall the brand is quite reliable and it's very good value.
Essie nail polish is amazing. The color is so pretty it's a pastel blue and you can wear it whenever. It's easy to apply and to clean up, it's Alittle pricey but not bad, it's worth the buy. My friends love this color and I told them to buy it a lot of them did and they were pleased with it
This is officially the best nail polish. Ever. They have a variety of shades for an affordable price, and they have great value, too! I buy this brand at my local drugstore, and don't ever regret my purchase! The nail polish never streaks or applies unevenly, and stays on for so long! All in all, I would definitely recommend this product and I will buy it again soon!
I have had my Essie nail polishes for over a year now and I must say that they still do look exactly like when I bought them, regardless of continuous use. The colours are so beautiful and is very easy to put on and remove.
I'm finding Essie is getting a liiiiittle steep with their prices. Tiny nail polishes for a pretty penny. but the quality is pretty good. varies from colour to colour though which is expected with any line of polishes. some need 2 coats, some need 3. colour lasts a couple days.
I ONLY use Essie nail polish on my toes. Im always in high heels and on my feet and my polish never chips. My nails grow out and the polish is still intact. But Before applying i buff, spray alcohol and use a base coat. Price is a bit steep though...
i love Essie nail polish's, they have a huge color selection to choose from and i find they go on pretty smooth, i hate nail polish that has bubbles in it so i put mine in the freezer 10 minutes before use and it goes on smoother
Essie is a good nail polish, they have such a wide variety of shades and colours. Some of my favourite, most used polishes are from Essie. The formula wears well and is chip resistant (with the proper bottom and top coats). I wear it over acrylic nails and have no issues. Creamy colours means that you get good coverage in two coats (sometimes in a single coat).
Wide variety of colours and shades. Love the coverage, two coats gives you a very opaque colour. Not easily chipped. Brush leaves crisp clean swipes. Love it
Essie has a fantastic selection of colours. I own a few (licorice, bobbing for baubles, and one or two others) and I will totally buy Essie again but it does have a few down sides.
First, I found it didn't dry as quickly as everyone said it does. By no means does it take forever to dry or anything, but I definitely had plenty of nail polish that dried faster than Essie already. I would say the drying time is reasonable.
Second, though the colours are wonderful, I found the product went on rather thin and required an extra coat to get good solid colour. It looked a bit too streaky for my liking otherwise.
Third, it seems to chip easily.
All in all, still a good product despite the extra attention it needs to look its best. Sometimes I don't mind spending that bit of extra time on myself anyway.
