Although this isn't a fragrance I would typically be drawn to, I am LOVING the Febreze CAR vent clip in Linen & Sky! The fresh smell now greets me every time I get into my vehicle, and isn't over-powering on long drives.

Looks. I like the look of this little unit, it's small and kind of blends in with the grey interior of my vehicle. Although it's not inconspicuous, it actually looks kind of cool because you can see the liquid inside.
Effectiveness. As I mentioned, I wouldn't normally choose this scent for myself, but I admit, it makes my whole SUV smell like fresh laundry EVEN when I left my sports gear, sneakers and leg brace in the back! And that's just on the lowest setting of fragrance intensity. I might actually prefer if there was an even lower setting, and I know that for myself, I would never, ever use it on the highest intensity... but this is working well for me. I should add that I haven't been using my heater or A/C much lately - perfect weather! :) - but I would imagine that greater airflow would make a big difference on how much fragrance was emitted, and how long it lasts.
Cost. The price point for this item is pretty reasonable, I would say. I haven't had it long enough to see how long it lasts, but the package says it lasts up the 30 days. If this is the case, I wouldn't say that the value is extraordinary.
Drawbacks. One thing I don't like about the vent clip is that it ties up a vent. It doesn't block airflow, but the adjustability of the vent is a little compromised, at least in my Equinox. Also, I'd like to see refills for this product, to save on cost and waste materials.

This definitely beat the classic cardboard tree hanging from my rear-view!

I love Febreeze products and use them all throughout the house, so it is nice to have an option for my car now as well. I put it in my car right away (it was super easy) and it is still holding strong after a couple of weeks. The scent was quite strong, so it is nice that there is a dial to control the amount that is released. It covers up any unpleasant smells that may be present (I have two large dogs, so this happens quite often). The scent is much more pleasant than other car air fresheners I have tried (it is similar to other Febreeze products) and does not look tacky at all in my car. I like the fact that it does not have to hang from the rearview mirror. I will definitely purchase more of this product and am eager to explore any other scents that may be available.

My husband was the one who opened up the package and had no problem opening it and installing it. It took only seconds to simply clip it in to a vent unit. Right away, I knew it was going to be a neat product as it is small and modern looking and isn't a car refresher that dangles noticeably from a rear-view mirror. I loved the scent as it was a "linen & sky" soft scent that was not overpowering what soever, but still made the car smell nice, clean, and fresh. As much as I loved this smell, I'm very curious to try out the other smells Febreze made for this car vent clip. A week and a half later and it still smells fresh and appears to have still lots of liquid left in the clip. I have noticed that this product is sold for $2.99 and i think that is a great price as most car freshners are that same price. Why not get a new modern cool vent clip that isn't dangling in your vehicle view while driving that does the exact same result and better than other products. I would definitely purchase the product in the future and recommend it to others!

I definitely recommend this product to anyone with a smelly car! Its long lasting, smells great (and comes in a lot of different great smelling scents so you can pick your favourite). We put it in my boyfriends' car, as he as a dog (smelly) as well as pretty disgusting smelling sports gear (smellier) and the vent clip has continued to keep the car smelling fresh. One thing I really like about it is that it shows you as the smell is running out because you can so the liquid inside the clip, so you know exactly when to replace it! This is really great because with other car air fresheners you have to constantly touch and smell them to try to figure out whether or not they are still getting the job done. Great product, will be purchasing again!

I would like to thank ChickAdvisor for letting me test the febreze car vent clips freshener. I was quite excited to test this product. I use the febreze in my house to get the funny smells out. So I was quite happy to try this product out.

I would rate this product easy to use...just take it out of the package and put it on the vent...set it to the strength you want....I find it is very effective...the scent is quite nice and subtle which is what I look for....I can't wait for them to bring other scents...

I can't compare this to any other car air freshener...this is a great product...the others don't last after a day...this has been smelling nicely for over a week with a consistent smell...

I would definitely purchase this product again...My friends and family have already commented on how nice the van smells...they mentioned that they'll be buying one for their cars...

Take it out of the package, push the clip up and stick it over a vent. Easy Peasy. I was initally hesitant that the smell would be overwhelming so I turned it to the lowest possible setting. The smell was light and fresh.....very nice....and continued that way for the first week.....but then I started to notice it less and less and now I can't even tell it's in the car. I want to add that I share my car with a smoker.....which obviously would alter my results compared to those of a non smoker. I've since turned the dial all the way to the right? to release the most scent but I still no longer notice it. I really did like the initial smell and would probably try this again....maybe a different scent would be more noticable.

Overall I think this product could be fantastic for someone who already has a relatively odor free car.....but for someone who smokes, or shares with a smoker, you might need something a bit stronger. As this was a free sample I obviously didn't need to pay anything, but I have seen these on sale for $2.99 which I think is a great price for 30 of freshness! And for the price I'd recommend everyone give it a try!

The scent I got, (linen and sky) is really nice, love the smells of clean..... I always have fresheners in my car because I like it smelling good all the time, but some good smelling products can be pricey I think febreze freshener does a great job and the price is super good!!!! I love febreze products and having the scent of febreze in my car is something i enjoy a lot, is very discrete and the scent is not overpowering, is a long lasting smell, I have been using it for a bit more of a week and still have lots to give! is just perfect for me this is a product that I will definitively buy and recommend for everybody!!! Febreze Car Vent Clips Freshener is an amazing product! It turned my old car and all its gasey smells into a new car. When I get in my car after work, it smells fresh, not overpowering. Its smells clean even though the poor thing will never be clean. Febreze car freshener is exactely what I needed. Thanks Febreze!!

At first, it was kind of scary when "snapping it" in place, but it said firmly.. regardless, I blinked when it snapped though! I thought I was going to break it for sure...

I didn't think this would clip on my vents at all, it would just fall off like everything else I've tried... BUT IT DID NOT! It stuck on and STAYED on, without glue or anything sticky. No marks left on my vent either.. (: and it was definitely VERY easy to use! :D Just snap, and put it on your air vent in your car.. Oh , and remove it from the packaging it came in (duh - which was honestly harder to open then the actual product was lol)

I've used every kind of car scent freshener. . from the scented Trees that you have to leave in the plastic packaging because the scent it so damn strong.. to the gel vent clip/stick ons that smell way too powerful and blow in your face with strong potent scents -_-

I smelled this product as soon as I "snapped it" to get it started, and it was a pleasant smell! I really liked it, fresh! But it was definitely more of a "soft" scent when it was actually attached to your vent. Which I absolutely loved...

Let me explain...
I have chronic headaches and get migraines sometimes, so I am sensitive to potent smells. ie. You know, those guys that bathe in cologne and walk past you and it's like you can taste the smell? :D Like that! It's the worst, but even some candles I can't even stand because they smell too too strong.

Anyways, the smell of this product was light and it didn't give me any headaches AT ALL. LOVED it in my car. I had it on the first, smallest scent setting.. and that was enough for me (I don't know if it lasts longer if you put it on the 3rd though) I don't like overpowered smells, so the first scent setting was perfect for me. However, it still made my car smell really fresh indeed!!

I've had it since March 14th, and it is now March 25th.. and it still makes my car smell fresh! Lovin' it :D

I would definitely purchase this product again, and I recommend anyone tries it! It's really great!!
Now if Febreeze only made this in Coconut scent.. that is my favourite scent ever :D
