Smooth and rich!

Gay Lea Spreadables has a rich smooth consistency and a full, lightly buttery flavour. Very pleasant, this butter alternative is neither as soft as margarine nor as hard as butter when refridgerated. A fantastic alternative to other spreads, my family loves this! I do not recommend making pie crust with it as it does not harden as much as butter.

I would buy it again only if it was on sale.

First, I found it difficult to spread right out of the fridge, it was hard.

Perfect for enjoying on crackers for a light snack too! I didn't find there to be much flavor and it didn't really taste buttery to me at all.

Overall a great product that I plan to purchase again but only when it's on sale.
