People who like curds they will likely hate this, while people who dislike the lumpiness of curds will likely enjoy this. I like Nordica's regular cottage cheese quite a lot but this is very convenient, has less sodium and is a quick way to get a spreadable protein heavy substitute for cream cheese - sprinkled with herbs, then spread on rye crisps. Voila! The whey bitterness is masked. Great for a snack or breakfast or lunch. This has become a beloved staple.
