I love vitamin water as a refreshing drink when I've had enough water but the vitamin aspect is a joke. It's been proven that these should not be used as a health or vitamin aid. I just use this to replace sugary pop.

The flavours are hit and miss. Some of them taste very artificial and overly sweet. The low calorie ones have an aftertaste that is quite bitter and unpleasant. There are some chuggable ones, but you may have to check the recommendations to find them.

I have my doubts that there are any significant benefits to drinking this stuff, despite the presence of vitamins in the water. As a flavoured drink, they are okay, but pricy. As a viable substitute to good food, probably not.

I really don't in the end if this is good for me or not, sure it has vitamins but its way too sweet, I couldn't even finish it and some flavors are just plain gross

I love these when I am travelling and not eating as healthy and don't feel like picking up a pop at the rest stop. They are still not the best for you but they taste great and do give you additional vitamins.

i love the taste of this, but the amount of calories in it are ridiculous. The reduced calories one don't even taste as good. Wish this product was a little cheaper and had less calories.

I used to drink this product all the time until I found other products that had less calories. I find some of the flavours to be overly sweet and very fake tasting. They also raised the price much higher than before. I don't think its worth it.

this drink is ok. if your sick of drinking just water its a nice little change. not all the flavors are great but some aren't to bad.

Don't fool yourself - this is not a much healthier choice than a can of pop. Yes, it has added vitamins but if you are eating a balanced diet or taking a multi-vitamin, it is not necessary to drink your vitamins. As a treat, if you enjoy the flavour, this is fine but it is more expensive than a pop without much added benefit.

I used to love this stuff... until I started reading the labels. Theres a lot of sugar in them! It really just counteracts any possible health benefits. I'll stick to plain old water when I'm thirsty from now on.

I know, I know. When I read the ingredients I am aware of all the bad stuff, but I get it as a thirst quenching treat. I love the flavours and the way it tastes. It is overpriced and the last time I was across the border, the same size bottle was only 80 cents!
