its so nice to have the back up just in case you run into an issue. I would always worry about dining out, eating at friends or potlucks at work. this made it less scary.

Worked well with accidental gluten consumption

I’m sensitive to gluten and sometimes I accidentally consume something with traces of it. I tried the glute guard after accidental consumption and did find that it helped a lot with horrible symptoms.

Interesting product

I am someone who has gluten sensitivities. I fall asleep after having a huge insulin spike from the gluten indigestion. I can get rashes sometimes so I tend to opt for gluten free foods. The gluteguard is an interesting product. It is the first product I discovered designed for gluten sensitivities. It has a natural ingredient papaya extract which I believe is great. Papaya has so many benefits and great for marination and so I do believe papaya helps with overall gut and food digestion. I didn't notice much difference because i have mild gluten sensitivities that symptoms only come up with a significant amount of gluten. There are however other non medicinal ingredients that I need to research more into. Overall, it is an interesting product.

Helps Accidental Gluten Injection

I'm on the fence with how effective GluteGuard works. This product is meant for "accidental" gluten ingestion not as a means to eat gluten. You need to take a pill 15 minutes prior to ingestion which to me means your gluten ingestion is not accidental.

I took GluteGuard 4 times in a month before eating foods containing gluten. I took it 3 times prior and 1 time after. Each time I was gassy after eating but not bloated and no diarrhea.

Would I use this again. Maybe. It's comforting knowing you have some protection. But, I'm also not going to eat anything with gluten on purpose.

Worked Well

I received GluteGuard for free from Butterly, I tried it a few time for a month and to be honest I was skeptical But it works and my stomach felt so good afterwards.. I didn’t feel bloated and all crabby afterwards.

Dine out, worry less

GluteGuard has become something I always keep in my bag. It helped so much when I’m not sure if something is 100% gluten-free especially when eating out with friends or family.

GluteGuard - my safety

I received the Glutgard supplement from Batterly. I got a package of 10 tablets and took them 15 minutes before meals due to my gluten intolerance. At first, I was nervous because I didn’t expect that a tablet could actually help. Although my diet already limits gluten, I noticed that this product helped me a little — the symptoms from gluten consumption were not as strong. The tablets were easy to take, and I like that it’s just one tablet before a meal. I have tested only 10 tablets so far, and I think for a more accurate review, I would need to continue using them longer.

Worked well

Worked very well after a night out for dinner. I'm so tired of trying to look for gluten free foods, sometimes I just need to eat. This worked great and I woke up in the morning feeling wonderful

Not a gimick....

okay, i really thought Gluteguard was a scam. after weeks of taking these enzymes, i can confirm it isn't! as someone who suffers from an awful gluten intolerance (gas, bloating, cramping etc), these guys worked so well for me! I experienced almost no symptoms after "accidentally" enjoying my favorite foods, hehe. I also love that this product is naturally derived. anyone with a sensitivity should try Gluteguard! this product was gifted to me for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
