I'm not screaming for this ice cream

After a lot of hype, I was expecting something more. For the price, I was expecting something more. A very average ice cream, which was no better than store own brand (which can often be much better than this), which was maskerading as a luxury and a treat. I found the ice cream very soft and it turned to liquid very quickly. The taste was lacking and I couldn't taste a whole lot of sea salt or caramel. It was bland and I was disappointed. The family felt the same way. A small tub for the money and I would not buy that again. That's really all I can say about it. I was not impressed.

I really love anything with caramel.. even better if it’s salted caramel. That’s the reason why I decided to try Halo Top’s Sea salt Caramel Ice cream.

It doesn’t have a lot of caramel swirls as I was expecting. Very sweet that it can almost make me sick. Maybe it’s just me and my taste buds but i also have the biggest sweet tooth and I wasn’t able to handle eating 1/2 cup of this (which is one serving)

It can barely even taste the caramel.. like it’s just mostly sugar and mill and hey, let’s add some little brown swirls and a pinch of salt and call it Sea Salt Caramel. I’m so disappointed.

$8 for a pint and I could have just bought regular sugar laiden ice cream.
