The best!

Recently seen this one on clearance and thought what the heck, I'll try something different, I love it, the smell the quality and the hold it gives my hair is exactly what I needed!

The Herbal Essences Set Me Up Hair Gel works well to keep my hair wavy all day long. It also smells great like all Herbal Essences products, and sometimes when I don't have any eyebrow gel available, I use this and my eyebrows stay tidy. This products works very well and has lasted me a long time.

I have curly hair that is prone to frizzies and can go flat sometimes too. It's more of a wave than tight curl but I do get ringlets at the ends and when lucky all the way up.

This is the best gel I have ever found. I buy two at a time. I have tried everything else and nothing compares. Awesome hold, beautiful curlies.

But be careful - if you use too much on your scalp it can flake and look gross.

In spite of the suggestion by the scale on the packaging, this product provided very little hold, making it ineffective for what I need. It may also be too heavy, weighing my hair down.

Perhaps a bigger problem is that it has an unbelievably strong smell. I do not use this product unless it is the night before I am going out, for fear of choking anyone unfortunate enough to be in an enclosed space with me. When the smell starts to dissipate more than 12 hours later, I actually quite like the milder smell that is left over, but given the ineffectiveness as hair gel, I will definitely not be repurchaing.

This spray gel is fantastic and works well to keep my curls looking their best.
