Violet crush toning mask

I use this product once a week after shampooing and leave it on for around 5 mins! It leaves my hair feeling really smooth and moisturised. I’ve noticed it has toned my hair a little bit but didn’t notice a huge difference to the colour. Looking forward to continuing to use to see if a more noticeable difference can be seen. It is vegan friendly 🌱!!!

Great purple toning mask

I’ve used this a few times and after every use my hair seems brighter and blonder but doesn’t leave any residue or purple looking parts. The mask also seems to nourish my hair and leaving it feel really soft and smooth.

Left hair feeling soft and less warm!

A nourishing mask that helps mute unwanted brassy tones. I haven’t given it five stars as I think you can get more dramatic results from purple shampoos but it’s definitely a more gentle alternative and perhaps worth using alongside a purple shampoo for better results. Great scent and love how it only needs to be left on for a few minutes to work.

This purple toning mask is absolutely brilliant, best one ive tried, makes hair look and feel better, would definitely purchase and recommend to others.

Smooth and takes away the yellow from blonde

Purple Toning Mask John Frieda: tried it for the first time and I like it. It helped me with my blonde highlights that, after a while of being to the hairdresser they got a bit yellowish so this toning mask is helping.
It also has a nice fragrance. After using it, my hair remained so smooth and easy to brush. The consistency is thick and not sticky. I think is quite a good product.
I would like the recipient to be sealed, as when I opened it was almost getting out from the bottle :))
Overall a good mask, easy to use and fast results for smoothness and brightenest. I am going to try to leave it on much more to see how it goes..

Purple Miracle

Amazing product to use on dull blonde hair. Instantly changes the blondness of your hair once applied to wet hair. When rinsed and dried your hair feels soft and smells nice. Even my roots looked good.

Very conditioning on the hair but I

Really make product but I don’t think that it made my hair any more blonde but it certainly smells nice and it very conditioning. I would definitely buy again

Good for purpose

I used this mask when my hair was brassy and it removed the orange. However, my hair was very dark and I didn't like the blonde it left. Nice smell though.

Everyday contioner

I love John Frieda products. But I’m still torn on this one. It has pros and cons for me - as I’ve been on a purple hair mask mission for the last 6 months. Pricewise this is great. It definitely helped in taking out some of the brassy-ness in my hair and it was super easy to use. There was no staining on my hands or fingers- another bonus. I also didn’t have to wait 20 mins with it on, another bonus. But I found it made my hair greasier and my scalp itchy after only a day or two. So I had to wash my hair a lot more than I usually would as it felt like product build up. Although I don’t use styling products and i always avoid putting product near my roots for this reason.

this mask is quick and easy to use. Despite the bright vivid purple appearance this does not colour your hair purple but does a fantastic job at removing brassy tones in blonde hair. my experience was it gave my hair a lovely ash blonde tone. the effects lasted over a week. in terms of the the mask itself, it also left my hair soft shiny and manageable
