I love this cereal... it's so good for you, filling and tastes awesome! My only complaint is that it's so expensive... in the US and Canada. I guess cereal in general is expensive but for this oen you get a much smaller box than others. But still my favorite cereal.

Go Lean Crunch has been one of my favourite cereals for quite a while. Not only is it great for you, it also taste delicious - I love the crunchiness! The flavours in it are just sweet enough that it when it mixes with the milk it reminds me of breakfast cereals I used to eat as a kid - mmmm.

Plus this cereal is great as a snack on the go - just measure out a cup and seal it in a zip-lock, it`s one of my favourite afternoon treats. Or you can mix half a cup in with some yogurt and fruit and it makes the perfect desert. I love this stuff!

Side Note: Every so often you can this cereal at shoppers for less than $2 or you can buy it in bulk at shoppers because it can be a little pricy for the amount you get at the grocery store.

This is a great product....I love it...whether it be with milk, vanilla yogurt and berries or just plain by itself...it adds fiber to my diet and tastes great...it's way better than those high fat granola's out there...

I was looking for a great tasting cereal that was good for me. I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but wanted something that I can pour over yogurt. What a great find - I love that Kashi is made with 7 grains, and that it is low fat, organic and doesn't sacrifice taste. A bit on the expensive side compared to others though.

I have to admit that I am not a breakfast person, nor am I a cereal person. That said, I love this cereal! You can eat it with milk, as you would any other cereal, but my preferred way to eat it is to mix it with yogurt and fruit. I find the crunch very satisfying and the flavor not too sweet. The subtle hint of cinnamon gives the clusters flavor without being too overpowering. When I have this cereal for breakfast, I find that it fills me up and gives me great energy to start my day.

I love Kashi Go Lean cereal. It's high in protein and fiber, healthy and not to mention really tasty! The only thing I don't like about it is sometimes I find it way too sweet and crunchy -- to the point that my jaw hurts from chewing. So instead of having a full serving of Kashi by itself, I often will mix it with some other cereal, like All Bran or Shreddies. It makes it less crunchy in my mouth and far less sweet.

A little bit more on the expensive side for cereal (retails for about $5-6 CDN), but I like to have a nice satisfying bowl of cereal for my morning breakfast that will take me through until lunch time.

This is a regular-buy for me.
