This is one of my favorite Kashi cereals I love the taste of the spicy organic cinnamon added.I also love that its made from whole wheat a great source of fiber.I hate when cereals are overly sweet but this one is just right.I also love to add frozen blueberries and walnuts to this cereal which makes it even better!I also prefer to add vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk which is really delicious.Kashi products really have some great products on the market and many varieties to choose from.

This is a great tasting whole wheat cereal, I like the cinnamon smell when I open the box, It's very filling and satisfying. I eat it as breakfast or as a snack throughout the day, my daughter loves to eat these also and I feel good feeding this to her because it's healthy and not full of sugar like other cereals

This is my favourite cereal, It is very filling and satisfying, and I don't get hungry for hours after eating it. It is similar to mini-wheats, but I prefer the flavour much better than mini-wheats, and it has much less sugar. I eat this as part of a lower calorie diet, and find it really helps. The cinnamon flavour isn't overpowering. The price is excellent, as you get a large box.
