Lots of issues after a few months of use

We have had two of these units in the past year, they konk out after they are descaled. Unit over fills the cup and sometimes won't shut down.. Customer service is terrible they require proof of purchase so i'm out of luck on a replacement because the person that gave me the brewer can't find the reciept..

We have tried bottled water, tap water, build up no matter what is bad..

Will be looking for another brand of brewer in the future.. They look nice but have a lot of issues.. Keep a coffee maker handy so you don't get stranded!
