My favorite lip balm. A bit pricey but its does last awhile and works really well. It also adds a bit of shine so it doubles as a gloss for me.
Kiehl's is one of my favorite products. I love the original Lip Balm. There are other scented versions like Mint, Coconut, Cranberry, and Mango (I'm allergic to). This one is the best for me. It also comes in a set version too. A little does go along way. Just squeeze a small amount. Don't put it into your pocket in summer. It was melt and get liquidy fast. If you are a loyal Kiehl's customer, you will be rewarded with a lip balm as a token gift. A bonus!
This lip balm works decently well - just don't leave it out in the sun or it will become liquidy. For a product that is mostly petroleum jelly, I'm not sure it's worth the $10 for a tube.
I love this lip balm. It is probably my favourite and always in my bag. It feels sort of like Vaseline but it glides on easily and has SPF which I think is a must nowadays. There are also flavoured ones but I prefer this original. It helps keep my lips soft for everyday use and I always make sure to bring it with me on vacation. It's probably a little more pricey than most lip balms but I think it is a fair price for the quality.
Great for winter months and very dry, chapped lips. Goes on smooth and glossy and has a consistency like vaseline. It is on the higher end price wise but it is worth it!
I agree with some that the texture leaves sometime to be desired at times, but there really isn't anything better on wind chapped lips from cold weather when you still need to have a little shine. I'm particularly partial to the pear and mint scents, and they also (if anyone is looking for more versatility) generally wear well over lip stains that can sometimes be drying.
Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 really cure dry chapped lips. My lips need the rich glossy texture to stay moisturized for hours. I also love the many scents they come in and the portable tube packaging.
The version I have has no fragrance or tint, so it's a good basic all-around lip balm that gets the job done. There are many other variations that do offer different shades but for me, the #1 is all I need. The packaging is bland enough that either sex can use it too. The price is a little steep, I think it's $9/tube but it will last you 6 months. Just don't leave it in the car on a hot day otherwise it'll squirt all over you & stain your clothes.
I do love this lipbalm. I don't go to it often because it's a bit of a hassel to squeeze it out and put it on my lips with my fingers...and then wipe it off my fingers. But i do find myself pulling it out in desperate times. When my lips are extremely dry and chapped. i put a generous layer on and in no time, it feels less sore. I also do makeup sometimes. And a lot of times, the models have super super chapped lips.... it's my pet peeve because not only is it hard to apply lip products, but it's also looks bad on camera. So i apply this after i finished applying the base. By the time i'm done with the face and i move on to the lips, it's nice and moisturized. This product is non-scented and really does the job. It is kind of pricey for around 98% petroleum..but somehow.. that 2% of other ingredients do work better than just plain old vaseline.
recommended by a friend from Chicago- it's luxury lip balm, almost no taste or smell, but very effective
