I recently discovered Kind bars when I started trying to eat healthier and needed a good mid-morning snack for work. I like several flavors but enjoy Caramel Almond and Sea Salt the most. It is almost like having a candy bar, but healthier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a delicious snack to tide them over until mealtime.
