Bought this at a local store after I was having smudging issues with a previous liquid eyeliner I had been using. Asked the sales associate if she could recommend a liquid eyeliner that wouldn't smear or smudge and she directed me towards this awesome product! It's definitely smear and smudge-proof, once it's on and set it's not moving anywhere. The eyeliner comes in a pen form with a felt tip that narrows nicely allowing for a thin, clean line. You do have to work quickly though if you make any mistakes because it is difficult to fix once it's dried. The colour I bought was just black and it goes on in a very nice, solid, deep black.
