I was fortunate to participate in the #MasterCheeseClass. It was such an easy to follow and informative class. I appreciated Chef Christine Cushing's helpful hints and descriptive explanations. I felt confident in my ability to follow through with the recipe and have positive results. I learned so much more than I expected and gained a newfound appreciation all that is involved in the art of cooking like a professional chef. I have tried the recipes many times over with much success. The recipes have become family favourites. I can never have enough cheese and supporting hardworking Canadian cheese makers is important to me. These classes are such a brilliant idea and I've enjoyed my experience tremendously.

I didn't know we could review for this event, so that's why this is so late. It was a lot of fun to watch the youtube video and gain tips and insight into the world of cooking with cheese. I made the fondue recipe over Christmas and it was a huge hit. I can't wait to try out the other two recipes. It's also great to be able to ask questions and see other people posting attempts at the recipes. Thanks for hosting such a great event!

I loved attending the event online, and creating the tasty dishes, although a bit complicated for a beginner, it was still tasty, but didn't look the same.

I have never made recipes like the ones featured in the Master Cheese Class Event - Husband has asked me to make them again - especially the fondant!

I love cheese, so this really is up my alley.

I wasn't 100% prepared with bowls and pre-shredded cheese when the Youtube streaming began, but I caught up and was able to cook all 3 items in the 2 hour time slot.

It was a bit chaotic and messy in my kitchen though, as I was also Tweeting and Instragramming the whole time I was cooking!

I'd definitely take another class, as I learned a few valuable tips and I love trying out new recipes.

I even won a special surprise....no idea what it is or when it's arriving, and I'm totally stoked for the mystery!

I love the apron, and the recipe cards are in my recipe book now for future reference.

I would of liked a coupon or something for the cheeses (Ontario or Canadian cheese is not cheap), but we had the rest for cheese and crackers night and they were a delicious treat for us.

I was chosen as a participant for the event at home. I really enjoyed watching the master chef event and cooking along with it! I had a lot of fun cooking and my dishes turned out amazing. Unfortunately, a few friends and I had dove into them before I had a chance to snap a quick picture!

The recipes are simple and delicious. I love the recipe cards that were sent out as well as the little apron - a nice touch. I thought the instruction was easy to follow and very enjoyable to watch at the same time.

I would recommend any future events like this to anyone in the future. They are great to participate in as well as to indulge in all the goodies you make at home!

    Such a great event!!
I hope chick advisor actually looks into providing more cooking lessons
    Or baking lessons
    Or even hosting decorations ideas

All this stuff is great because those who weren't chosen to attend event could actually do the event from the comfort of their home
Great concept and idea and gives us all something to look forward too to do as a community

I participated in the master cheese class recently hosted by Chickadvisor and Christine Cushing. It was great! I was a little dissapointed at first because my package of recipie cards and an apron didn't arrive on time. However the class was amazing. I had three of my questions answered directly during the live tapping which was so cool! The recipies produced great tasting food the cheeses used like ricotta were fresh and easy to find at my local grocery store. My favourite recipie was the cheese fondue it was delicious, creamy and smooth and they discussed lots of ways to individualize it. I appreciated the advice on wine pairings and for the most part the steps were easy to follow. Thank you Chickadvisor for this great opportunity! I had a blast:)

I had so much fun watching from home. I didn't receive the essential kit this time in time but still had a good time watching. I love cheese. My family loves cheese and now I have more recipes up my sleeve for whenever something special is needed. I didn't cook a lo g tho this time as I was preparing my own dish called Chiles en nogada (stuffed peppers in a cream cheese walnut sauce). The stuffing is made with a mix of ground beef and pork apples peaches and pears cloves cinnamon potatoes carrots celery and pine nuts the peppers you need are poblano peppers and you char them then sweat them and peel them then make a meringue with soft peaks and fold in eggs yolks fill the peppers then flour them lightly then with a spatula cover them in the egg and then fry them until golden then for the sauce its just walnuts cream cheese and a bit of milk pour it over and garnish with chopped cilantro and pomegranate. Enjoy. Buen Provecho.

Great concept for an online class and being able to cook from the comfort of your own home. Loved the pink apron! The cheese fondue was great tasting. Only negative was having to purchase the ingredients. Coupons would have been a nice perk.
