I had the pleasure of testing the Maybelline New York Dream Velvet Foundation. I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised at how much I actually liked it. I applied the foundation after I put on my usual face cream. Most important is that it blends well with the moisturizer and this foundation did. It went on very nicely and evenly....you don't need a whole lot to get some good coverage. I liked that it blended well with my skin tone and left my face feeling fresh and clean not caked and sticky feeling. Lasting quality is pretty good as well it seemed to hold up all day and evening.

I absolutely love this foundation! I expected the consistency to be more whipped but it went on really nicely and covered dark circles under the eye well. For the price and great name it's totally worth purchasing.

Thanks to Chickadvisor I got to review this. I usually use powder foundation and thought maybe I would switch to liquid. The shade I got was a little dark but it still blended well and looked a little like bronzer. I am happy with the blending of the foundation. If you usually use Liquid foundation this is great. It felt light on my skin and when paired with the beauty blender it was honestly the fasted application of foundation ever. My only concern was that my skin felt oily. I normally have combination skin. With the liquid foundation it felt like by the end of the day my skin was oily more than usual.

I liked this product over al . The color watch for me wasn't great. But that's my fault for not looking into it further. The coverage is actually better than I had expecte . However the finish to me wasn't matte. And it did going really bad to my dry patche . I really did love this foundation over al . And I'm going to go get my proper shade this weekend. Good drugstore foundation!

I love everything about this product. I was a lucky one who got the chance to try this product free from ChickAdvisor. It has a very matte smooth finish, in the instructions it mentions you can wet the blender and towel dry for a lighter coverage. The beauty blender it came with is amazing as well. It totally helps with perfect coverage, especially around your nose and eyes. I will definitely be purchasing this product again. The price is perfect (about $15.00).

Received this to try. I have combination skin and found that this worked well in both the dry and oily areas. The foundation is easy to get out of the tube and I found you only needed a small amount for good coverage. After a fulll day though I did find it started to get dry and noticeable.

I got this for free to review from the product review club and love it. It's very smooth and easy to put on. Very nice coverage and last quite a while. Nice shade choices too.

Got thia product t test and fell in love it works sooo well for my photoshoots amd doesn't leave my skin shiny definitely going to he buying this for future use

I have normal to oily skin so when I apply on it looks very good smooth but after noon its became caking and the foundation come out on my nose without that everywhere else is fine but t zone its horrible!
