Okayyy this shampoo is actually so good 😭 It makes my hair feel really clean without that stripped, dry feeling, and the coconut + rice milk scent is SO good. My hair feels soft and fresh after washing, and I love that it’s sulfate-, silicone-, paraben-, and dye-free. Also the bottle being made with 80% recycled plastic?? I’ve been really impressed with Method Moisturizing Conditioner Simply Nourish. It leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated without making it feel heavy or greasy. The formula is rich enough to moisturize dry ends but still lightweight enough for everyday use.
The scent is fresh, clean, and pleasant without being overpowering. After using it consistently, my hair feels more manageable, looks healthier, and has noticeably less frizz. It also makes detangling much easier and leaves my hair feeling silky all day.

Cleanse well but very drying

I tried the Method Moisturizing Conditioner Simply Nourish and unfortunately it did not work well for my locs. I was expecting more moisture and slip, but my hair still felt dry and not conditioned enough after use. I ended up washing it out and going back to my regular conditioner because my locs needed more hydration.

I also used the shampoo from the same line and noticed it left my scalp feeling very dry afterward, which was disappointing since I was hoping for a moisturizing wash routine. This line may work for other hair types, but for my locs it didn’t provide the moisture or scalp comfort I was looking for.

Method Simply Nourish Moisturizing Conditioner is one of those everyday essentials that just quietly does its job really well. The texture is creamy but not heavy, and it spreads easily through the hair without that slippery, coated feeling some conditioners leave behind.

I’ve been using the Method shampoo & conditioner for a little while now and it honestly surprised me in the best way ✨
The shampoo cleans my scalp really well without making my hair feel dry, while the conditioner leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easy to brush through after showering. I also love that the scent is fresh and not overpowering — my hair still smells nice hours later 🫶
