This conditioner has officially earned a spot in my shower 👀 It makes my hair feel so soft and moisturized without feeling super heavy or greasy. The coconut, rice milk, and shea butter combo smells amazing too. I also love that it’s safe for color-treated hair and made without sulfates, silicones, parabens, or dyes. Very much giving soft, healthy-looking hair.

Cleanses well, very drying

I tried the Method Moisturizing Shampoo Simply Nourish and it did not work for my locs. While it cleaned my hair, it left my scalp feeling very dry afterward instead of moisturized. I was expecting a gentler, more hydrating wash based on the name, but my scalp felt stripped and uncomfortable.

For my loc routine, moisture is really important, and this shampoo didn’t deliver the balance I needed. I also found that I needed to follow up with products I normally use to bring moisture back. This one just wasn’t a good fit for my hair and scalp needs.

Method Simply Nourish Moisturizing Conditioner is one of those everyday essentials that just quietly does its job really well. The texture is creamy but not heavy, and it spreads easily through the hair without that slippery, coated feeling some conditioners leave behind.

After rinsing, my hair feels soft, manageable, and less dry at the ends, without losing volume at the roots. I also like that it feels lightweight enough for regular use, especially if your hair just needs basic hydration rather than anything too intense. I’ve been using the Method shampoo & conditioner for a little while now and it honestly surprised me in the best way ✨

The shampoo cleans my scalp really well without making my hair feel dry, while the conditioner leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easy to brush through after showering. I also love that the scent is fresh and not overpowering — my hair still smells nice hours later 🫶

One thing I noticed is my hair feels more lightweight and less greasy the next day compared to some heavier products I’ve tried before. The packaging is also super cute and looks so nice in the bathroom 🤍
