Perfectly Balanced Flavours and Sugars

I tried Mott's Mr & Mrs T Blue Raspberry Martini Cocktail Mix free from ChickAdvisor in return for an honest review....I can honestly say I loved it! I mixed it according to the simple instructions on the bottle (with vodka) and it was super yummy. The slightly tart raspberry flavour is perfectly balanced with the sugars, and the blue colour looks impressive in the glass, even if you don't dress it up. I did, though, with a sugared rim and fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick. I'm really looking forward to trying it in some of the recipes from the booklet that came with the coupons. Such a quick and easy way to make really impressive cocktails for friends (which we did) and just as simple to make them alcohol free for kids or non-drinkers (which is something we always have to consider at parties). These cocktail mixes have been one of the funnest review club scores yet! And the price is very reasonable, so the fun has only begun!

Perfect summer drink

I was so happy to be selected into the Motts campaign . I have a lot of family and friends over in the summer and we have drinks by the pool so we are always looking for the best drinks .

I had coupons for the drink mix and I had a hard time finding them actually . Until my friend suggested Metro . I found them there. They are $4.49 for a 1L bottle which is a good deal .

When I brought it home I opened it right away . It smells just like a blue freezie. Yummy! I made the blue sky martini first . 6oz of the blue raspberry mix , 12oz white cranberry juice and 5 cups of ice . I really liked it . It tastes like a blue freezie and its the type of drink I enjoy . I've been making a white freezie drink for years . I then decided to do the same thing but to blend it so it would be a slushy drink . I'm so glad I did because it's awesome ! I added rum as well and it was even better .

I will definitely be a frequent buyer of the Motts Mr & Mrs T Blue Raspberry drink mix . My mom , aunt and friend also really enjoyed this mix . I definitely recommend.

Motts Mr & Mrs T Blue Raspberry Martini Movktail

Motts is. a brand I trust and product I buy often and was thrilled to try this cocktail mix. I used an 8 OZ glass and filled with crushed ice, added 4 OZ of the mix and 3 OZ of raspberry cool aid and enjoyed a mocktail! It was very refreshing to drink and will be included for my summer gatherings.

I strongly recommend this cocktail mix for non alcoholic choice for the family to try!

Oceanside Mimosa. (I'll just leave that there for a second) - living on the West Coast this recipe caught my eye immediately. It was a must try! Although, we did switch it up just a bit. Instead of Orangina sparkling beverage we used Sanpellegrino sparkling orange. We also swapped out the Prosecco for Vodka. The taste was delicious, the blue raspberry & orange together are a mix of sweet and sour, and who wouldn't love such a gorgeous shade of green? So fun! Our drinks looked so fancy too, like something you would order from a fancy restaurant for triple the cost. They tasted just as great too! I was very pleased with this Blue Raspberry Martini mix. A fabulous new summer drink!

I really love the packaging too, much more eye catching then their previous flavours. The text is crisp and clean, bright colours and the drinks on the label look delicious! The sugar content is quite a bit lower than the Mai Tai mix as well. The martini comes in at 21 grams of sugar per 90 ml. Still quite high but as a treat once in awhile I am ok with this :)

All in all I am very pleased with #MottsMrMrsT and will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you ChickAdvisor!! #gotitfree

Celui à la framboise bleue est définitivement le meilleur à mon goût à moi puisque j'adore ce parfum, chaque fois que je prend quelque chose (bonbon, slush, etc.) c'est toujours à la framboise bleue alors j'étais aux anges de goûter cette saveur qui ne m'a pas déçue ! Je le recommande fortement !

I was asked to review the new Blue Raspberry martini cocktail mix by Mott's Mr & Mrs T. Once I managed to get my hands on the product, which proved to be quite the expedition, it was smooth sailing since all that was left was the drinking part. lol

I have to be honest, while I have bought cocktail mixes in the past, I never even knew that Mott's had a selection of them, except for Clamato obviously, which is not exactly a cocktail mix, but definitely an important ingredient in the equally important Bloody Caesar in Canada. The Mai Tai and Blue Raspberry martini mixes are the two new flavours which is why not all supermarkets seemed to have received them yet, while the older three flavours were well stocked everywhere I went.

I must admit that the lower price point compared to other brands was quite surprising to me. It wrongfully made me doubt the quality of the mixes. I was also a bit scared of the highly-chemical-toxic-Windex-like looking colour of this mix just as a lot of people would, but you know what? It wasn't half bad! And not only that, once in a martini glass, it looks a lot more like an ocean turquoise blue and it is actually quite beautiful. Personally, I actually liked the Blue Raspberry martini better than the Mai Tai. I don't know if it is because my expectations were a lot lower for the blue mix, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised.

I expected the Blue Raspberry mix to be a lot sweeter than it actually is. I also expected it to be sweeter than the Mai Tai mix and I did not think that was the case. I was afraid it would taste too much like candy, but it has a nice subtle tartness to it that does remind one of actual raspberries instead of those awful blue freezies we used to have as kids that would turn our entire mouths blue. We were actually out of ice when we tried the mix which means it tasted sweeter too, and I honestly didn't think it was bad at all. One of the reasons why I preferred this one to the Mai Tai mix might be that I felt the vodka lightened the heaviness by cutting into the sweetness while dark rum pretty much added to the sugar level of the Mai Tai.

Much to my surprise, I think I would consider purchasing this cocktail mix again and I would definitely like to try some of Mott's cocktail ideas or other recipes for more elaborate drinks with the rest of the bottle. And I will try the other varieties, can't wait for that margarita!

If you are looking for something a bit different to serve your guests, which also looks great in a nice martini glass, don't be fooled by the colour or the price, the Blue Raspberry martini mix is really quite nice with a decent vodka. I am sure it would also be a lot better shaken with ice, which is what we will do next time.

Fun drink mix

#got it free from Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. I tired the Blue Raspberry with lemon ice tea and I really loved the taste, it reminds me a jolly rancher candy. I did find this mix also on the sweeter side so you may want to put less Mott's mix if you don't like a super sweet drink.

My New Favorite Drink Mix

I got to try out two of these drinks mixes. One being the mai tai and this one Blue Raspberry. Out of the two this one was my favorite. Just taste like blue slushie!

I didn't find it as sweet as the other one, I tried this one as well both ways with alcohol and without. I also tried it with vodka and rum. They both mixes very well. Little bit to ice and your all set for some fun.

This would be a good mix for any little get together for the summer. Of really anytime of year.

This was a great reviewing opportunity! Having already tried Mai Tai, I expected a lot from this one: and I got it! The mix was delicious in both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! Awesome! Would recommend to all of my friends!

I enjoyed the Mott's Mr & Mrs T Blue Raspberry Martini Cocktail Mix.
At first on it own over ice, I found it slightly sweet. After blending it in my mixer with ice and frozen peaches and a splash of Vodka, I was thrilled with the taste. Fruity, summery and delish.
My guests enjoyed my concoction as much as I did!
