While the taste is somewhat close to Maggi seasoning (bottle even looks like it), it is not quite it. The ingredients are more problematic to me though. While it is fine for those with gluten sensitivities, it is not for those with peanut allergies. It also contains MSG and a couple of different artificial sweeteners. Why? It was not like I was able to detect it from a salty sauce. Did it really need all that?

This was inexpensive, but risky to consume for those with sensitivities.
