Pleasantly surprised!

I was skeptical when I got this product as my skin tends to be sensitive with some skin care products. I read the instructions carefully to make sure I would use it properly. The first time trying the cleanser I was expecting my skin to turn red or have a reaction but it felt great when I put it on and began rubbing it in. After I removed the cleanser with warm water my face felt soft and rejuvenated. I have been using it for a week now and my skin is feeling great! It hasn’t dried out and I am definitely going to be buying the moisturizer to add to my new daily skin care routine!

Gentle non drying scrub that smells fresh

The Nuetrogena Wrinkle Rapid Repair Cleanser - is a gentle non drying daily scrub with a smell that is refreshing and makes it pleasant to use. I like that it left my skin smooth and sloffed off the dry skin without being harsh or irritating.

As to if it makes the serum work any better or worse I couldn't determine that. This is a cleanser i would buy to use on its own merit of cleansing the skin rather than concerning myself about it being part of a cleanser/serum duo.

My face feels so clean!

I received the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Prep Cleanser complimentary to try out for review. My skin feels very clean and soft since trying this several days ago. I definitely recommend this product to my friends and family!

Can't live without this!

Looking on the outside in...I liked the packaging and the easy pump idea. Pumps out a nice portion of cleanser. The cleanser itself is a nice creamy texture with micobeads for exfoliation. I was a little hesitant when I noticed it had a smell to it as a lot of similar products irate my skin. This didn't. I actually liked the light aroma and the mini micor-abrasion action to my skin. It went on creamy but then had the appearance of a gel texture that disappeared right into my skin. I was thinking it would be greasy for that reason but when I rinsed my face it was totally clean.

The bottle said would see results in a week. I haven't but that doesn't matter to me as much as the long term results. Will definitely buy.

Gentle Exfoliation

Neutrogena's Rapid Wrinkle Repair Prep Cleanser is a creamy face wash with little purple micro exfoliants. Thankfully, these exfoliants are not plastic micro beads. The cleanser has a fresh, light, clean scent to it. I use it morning and night before applying my Neutrogena Retinol Oil, as it is gentle enough to do so. The exfoliants are not too rough and don't hurt at all. Thus, like the bottle advertises, you can use this cleanser everyday if you like.
After cleansing, my face does feel and look smoother. It does not dry out my face or strip it of its moisture.
I think that this is a good and quite effective exfoliating cleanser.

I have to say I was quite impressed. When I first pumped out some it had a nice texture with some exfoliating beads. It felt slightly warming on my face. I was a little worried about the fact it was mildly scented due to my sensitive skin but it didn’t bother it st all. The scent was lovely. It started out as a cream but went almost invisible on my face taking on a gelish feel. It did however rinse clean, and my face was fresh. I have oily combination skin and it kept my skin feeling non greasy and clean even half way through the day. Would definitely recommend this product.

Convenient to Use

The NEUTROGENA® RAPID WRINKLE REPAIR® PREP CLEANSER is lightly scented, and so very convenient to use right in the shower every morning. I love the texture, and soft circular motions exfoliates my skin beautifully. I really like this product

My skin felt so softI re

I received a complimentary bottle for my review. I love the texture and the beads in the cleanser. The cleanser removed all traces of make-up and rinsed away easily and cleanly. My skin felt so soft after use and I did not experience any adverse reaction to the product. However, the product has a pump but the pump does not work. I had to unscrew the top and try to get product out of the bottle. Very disappointed that this made it through quality control. I’m also not used to a wash off cleanser. I normally use a cotton pad to apply cleanser and remove make-up. This is a bit of extra work because I had to wipe water off the countertop after every use.

Works okI've

I've been using this product for a week now. I was not able to use it twice a day as the cleanser was very exfoliating and it was too much for my skin to be exfoliated twice a day. I do notice that my skin feels very clean after using the cleanser. The pores feel open and it tales all the dry skin and oil off of my skin. I would probably use again in the future.

Interesting Cleanser To Pair With Retinol

I received the Rapid Wrinkle Repair Prep Cleanser from Neutrogena and Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest opinions.

I have been using the Prep Cleanser for the past 2 weeks in conjunction with the retinol oil at night. The cleanser is generously sized at 5oz and comes in a pump. The product has a thick cream texture with exfoliating grains. The cream is so dense that I feel I am cleansing my face with a hand lotion or moisturizer. It is also pretty strongly scented which I don't prefer from my skincare products.

I typically use a cleanser with gentle exfoliating acids already so I didn't notice much difference using this product. I did find it somewhat difficult to remove cleanly from my skin because of the heavier, greasy texture but it did leave my skin moisturized, which seems like a good idea before retinol.

I don't think this is a bad cleanser but I would not purchase it for myself. I have others I prefer to use instead of this and it did not do anything that they don't already do.
