#gotitfree from Chick Advisor. I received the moisturizer for dry/sensitive skin. I liked how it worked as a moisturizer and a primer for makeup. This saves me from using two different products. I found that it worked well to keep my skin moisturized for the day. It worked well as a primer for my foundation. I did find that it did not work as well as my previous product which was solely a primer however the price of the Nivea is good and I would recommend this moisturizer.

I was skeptical about this as I have dry skin and wasn't sure if it would be moisturizing enough. It worked pretty well for me! It was hydrating enough to keep my skin from looking flakey, and my foundation went on really smoothly. By the end of the day (15 hours later) my make up still looked pretty decent! #GotItFree

I received this product for free to review thanks to ChickAdvisor. Unfortunately the 2-in-1 Moisturizing Primer does not moisturize my skin at all. This moisturizer has a very liquid consistency and absorbs into my skin right away. This may be good in the summer, but currently in the cold weather, I found myself applying it 2-3x to feel it take affect. I also did not notice any difference as a primer. The packaging is beautiful and the scent is very light but unfortunately this kept my face feeling very dry so I would not be purchasing this.

I find it's an okay primer, not the best that I've used and not the worst.

Positive:
Hydrating
Does smooth out the skin
Reduces the visibility of most of my pores
Foundation around my nose did last longer compared to without a primer

Negative:
I would much prefer a squeeze tube

The package didn't arrive until after the due date for the review, so I haven't had the chance to use it as much as I like, but here are my thoughts:

1. The primer has a nice pleasant scent. It doesn't annoy me as some heavily scented facial products can.

2. It goes on very nicely on the skin and does a good job of moisturizing.

3. My makeup seems to "stick" to my face better with this primer on. My skin looks smoother after I have applied the primer and foundation.

4. I really like that it's a 2-in-1 product so that I can skip a step when I am rushing to get ready in the mornings.

I think that this is good, effective product that gives the same results as more expensive primers do at half the price.

This product is lightweight and has a light airy scent which is great as a facial cream, that when applied to the face feels hydrated and light on the face. This, as a moisturizer works in all seasons, where in the warmer months your pores are able to breathe and in the colder months your face is hydrated which prevents your skin from drying out and cracking. As a primer, being so lightweight, it is a great product to build on top of, whether it is just BB cream or a full face of glam, you're good to go and your skin is protected.

Nivea 2-in-1 Moisturizing Primer (Dry to Sensitive) is a great base for make-up.
The texture is like jelly and the smell is so subtle and fresh. It is super easy and smooth to apply to my face and the smell vanishes. It makes my foundation apply like a dream. The only reason I removed a star was that my makeup didn't last longer as advertised. This primer also did not irritate my sensitive skin one bit. I may repurchase this when it is finished as i have not seen anything else like it in the store. Thanks Nivea! #gotitfree #NIVEAmusthaves

This is a lotion that also acts as a makeup primer, and bonus it is for dry or sensitive skin (that's me!).

Sadly it isn't that great though. I love nivea so I had some high hopes. It is just a nice day lotion if you ask me and does nothing to help prime my skin.
Yes it does hydrate my skin and absorb fast, which is great pre foundation application, but nope nothing to make my foundation stay all day or prime it.

I would consider buying this again for a day cream, but my skin is so dry it wasn't enough plus it has no spf in it.

J'ai vraiment aimer la base hydratante 2 en 1 pour peau sèche à sensible de Nivea. Premièrement l'odeur est très agréable, c'est la même odeur que tous les produits Nivea. J'ai beaucoup aimer la texture qui rappelle un peu un gel. L'application est très facile puisque le produits est très soyeux et ne laisse aucun fini collant ou gras.
Pour ce qui est de l'action hydratante, ma peau ne tiraillais pas et n'a pas rougis non plus.
Pour ce qui est de l'action en tant que base. J'ai trouver que mon maquillage s'appliquait mieux sur cette base puisqu'elle est soyeuse. J'ai trouver aussi que ma zone en T devenais plus huileuse que ma base habituelle. Malgré tout, une fois repoudrer sur ma zone en T, je trouve que cette base fait bien son travail.

The Nivea 2-in-1 Moisturizing Primer for Dry to Sensitive Skin has gotten me through 4 days of various activities while moisturizing my skin and keeping my foundation fresh.

Since I have dry skin, I always moisturize before applying my foundation, so having a 2-in-1 product that not only hydrates my skin, but also primes it for foundation is a huge bonus.

The product has a nice, light, fresh scent, and it goes on smoothly. I find that my foundation seems to look smoother when I apply it on top of this primer. I have some noticeably pores in my nose area, and the primer does a great job of blurring them out, and as a result, my foundation doesn't settle in and emphasize those pores like it usually does.

I have worn this primer underneath my foundation for a hike, to the gym, cooking a huge meal, etc, etc., and it seems to help my foundation stay put instead of it sliding right off at the end of the day like it usually does.

This is definitely an effective product that does its job at a very reasonable price.
