While somewhat expensive, NIVEA Essential Lip Balm is a quality product that provides long-lasting moisture. As such, I would likely purchase this product in the future.

#Gotitfree Nivea Essential Lip Balm's packaging is minimal and therefore less of an impact on the environment. It has that same Nivea classic look and is easy eyes.The lip balm has a good solid consistency. It glides on your lips easily. The 12 hr protection holds up well to other brands. I like that it is not flavoured and made with shea butter. Thank you for this opportunity to try before I buy.

I received this product for free via the product review club. My lip get very dried out and the only thing I have ever found to help has been Vaseline jelly, but this lip balm definitely helped! It goes on super smooth and I did not use any Vaseline while trying this product but my lips stayed smooth throughout and I noticed no cracking or chapping like I have with other lip balms. Very impressed with this product

While I did not like the scent again of the Nivea Essential Lip Balm that I received from Chick Advisor, the lip balm was one of the most effective of any lip balm brands I have tried. Although a bit waxy, I do not usually wear lipstick so that is not a problem, I think Nivea Lip Balm will be a fantastic boon for the dry, cold winter months.

This product arrived in a typical lip balm format with a white twist base and blue cover. The top was easy to remove. The product was an opaquish white colour and the fragrance was not that of the typical Nivea scent and had a Shea butter- chemical type smell. I tried this product over night and throughout the day. Upon applying this product there was no lingering smell but the texture was slightly paraffinic but not to waxy and definately not at all sticky. The feeling subsides with use. The product lasted all night and left my lips quite moisturized. Throughout the day I didn't find the product lasted 12 hours but it certainly lasted over 6 hours despite drinks and eating. With consistent use I found my lips did not chap and peel which happens regularly in my dry environment. I did not apply lipstick over this product but I assume lipstick could run or not stick due to the nature of this product. Overall this is great for winter months and I plan to keep one on me at all times!

I don't use lip balm that often, but after using this, I can't remember why I stopped. Love this product! Goes on smooth, it's not sticky and immediately my lips look softer and feel moisturized. Other lip balms seem to almost leave a coating on your lips, whereas this one felt like I was putting moisturizer on them.I've been using it every day and loving it so far :)

As someone who uses chap stick frequently this is definitely a great product. I suffer from dry lips and I used this everyday and my lips feels 100% better. Almost like I don't have to apply it as often as I would chapstick. Love how smooth my lips feel afterwards. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

I like this lip balm. The container is great. My lips felt hydrated and protected. There was no offputting taste to the lip balm. I would use this product again and would for sure recommend it to family and friends.

I tried the NIVEA Essential Lip Balm for free through chick advisor. Its goes on smooth and not greasy compared to some lip balms. Also, I didn't feel like i needed to reapply very often. I keep it in my work bag for a quick fix at the office. Im not a big lip colour person so it works perfect for me. I've also used it under other products for a little extra moisture and smooth application.

While I received this as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, I have used it before too. I really like it for several reasons, but do not find it to be the most moisturizing lipbalm out there, it is great for maintenance but not if your lips are really chapped.
It works well with lipstick and doesn't make it slide and isn't overly shiny. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, it is great in winter as it doesn't freeze and get stringy like some. It also doesn't look or feel waxy, which I hate but not overly oily too - the perfect consistency
