Cleansing and hydrating

This shampoo cleaned my hair more than I’ve ever experienced before!! It didn’t dry it out, and made it super soft and shiny. I love that it can repair my hair while keeping it clean!

Nourishing shampoo

I have used OGX products before and have always liked them but this range has been the best amongst all. This shampoo cleansed hair very nicely while nourishing and hydrating hair as well. The creamy lightweight texture is a bonus.

So Creamy

My hair was so shiny and smooth after I used this shampoo. It felt hydrated without being weighted down. I love that it’s formulated without parabens or sulfates

No more damaged hair!

I like that this conditioner has a rich hydrating texture and it smells so good! After the first use I noticed how my hair is looking way more healthier and shiny. Helps me a lot with my frizzy hair and It doesn't leave my hair sticky or weighing it down. For better results I use the whole line.

Decent Shampoo could be better

I love OGX but the shampoo isn't as hydrating as I thought it would be, does the job but made my hair not silky or smooth unless conditioner and serum played a role. Would reccomend other shampoos.

Some pros and some cons

Let’s have a look at the Bond Protein Repair Shampoo by OGX. I received this product for free from Butterly to review. I’m on the fence on how I feel about this. It lathered really nicely and my hair felt fresh and clean. I adore the fresh and floral scent that it has. After my hair dried, I also noticed it gave my roots some volume. Unfortunately, the shampoo also dried out my scalp and made it itchy. I’m normally not sensitive towards hair products, so I’m not sure if this is just a one time experience. That being said, this shampoo may work for someone else, but unfortunately, it’s not for me as I don’t wish to deal with an itchy scalp. The rest of the Bond Protein Repair line is phenomenal though!

Nice Shampoo

The OGX Bonding Plex Shampoo is a solid choice if you’re looking for an effective cleanse. The scent is light and pleasant, nothing too overpowering, which I appreciate. It has a nice lather—just the right amount of suds to feel like it’s working without stripping my hair.

After washing, my scalp felt clean and refreshed, and my hair didn’t feel dry or coated. It paired beautifully with the Bonding Plex Conditioner and Serum, making my curls feel healthy and hydrated. If you have brittle or damaged hair, this is definitely worth a try!

Great clean without drying

I enjoyed the nourishing milky consistency of the shampoo. It cleaned my hair nicely without stripping. I do have coloured hair and this shampoo is sulfate-free.
