Made my hair really tangly

I was excited to try this shampoo, but it made my hair CRAZY tangly, and it was absolutely miserable to try to comb through after I washed it. Also, it is heavily scented. I don’t feel like it did an effective job cleaning my hair either, I typically wash my hair every third day but with this I had no choice but to wash it every other day, it was getting so oily so fast!

Thick and creamy

Right before my 2 week trip, I was sent for free in exchange for my honest review the OGX® Bond Protein Repair line. I recieved the shampoo, conditioner and repair sealing serum. I have heard wonderful things about OGX so refilled my travel-sized toiletries with these to put them to the test! From the lagoons, to windy days, humid chalk caves… this was definitely one of the many necessities to strong, healthy, shiny hair on my trip! The shampoo is a thick and creamy consistency, which suds up nicely - fun for funky hairdoos in the shower and leaving the hair feeling soft and shiny, I catch myself wondering what smells good and realize its the new hair products! I like to light floral fragrance it has, leaving my hair smelling nice until my next shower!

For full transparency I try these products for several weeks and found my scalp breaking out, after use of the shampoo, I have since stopped using the shampoo and only use the conditioner, (bumps have gone away). I do have a sensitive scalp.

Too Heavy for My Curls

I was hopeful when I picked up the Bond Protein Repair Shampoo, but it ended up being a bit too heavy for my hair. Right after washing, my hair already felt weighed down and greasy. It didn't give me the clean, refreshed feeling I was expecting, and unfortunately, my curls lost their shape quickly. It might be better suited for someone with extremely dry or damaged hair, but it just didn’t work for my curls.

Decent shampoo but not my fave

I had been seeing everyone share that they loved this routine so I was so excited to try it.
First impression is that I love the way the shampoo lathers! Especially on the second cleanse. I like that it is nice and creamy and definitely did not weigh my hair down at all.
Good for dry hair for sure.
But I don’t like the smell at all and unfortunately that’s kind of a deal breaker for me.

It's okay

I found this shampoo to be like any other. It lathered okay but it wasn't anything spectacular. I didn't like the scent much either. Packaging in the wide bottle is easy grip and it's easy to use

Nice cleanse, but itchy scalp

I used this shampoo once, and while I loved the scent and the lather felt gentle, I did experience some scalp itchiness afterward. I’m not sure if it was just a one-time reaction, so I may try it again to see how my scalp responds with continued use. The formula seems promising, but it might take a few more washes for me to fully understand how it works with my hair and scalp.

Cleanses well but dries out my hair

The new Bond Protein Repair from OGX seems to have some great new Lipo Pro Shield technology to deliver targeted repair to dry damaged hair. The shampoo lathers up nicely to provide a thorough clean of the scalp. I found after rinsing it off that it left my hair feeling quite dry and stripped of all it's natural oils so it's not a perfect match for my hair. In conjunction with the Bond Protein Conditioner it did still work pretty well to begin to repair my dry, damaged hair.

Great smelling shampoo!

The shampoo and conditioner smell so good! They have a flirty, flowery scent. The shampoo cleans my hair nicely with lots of lather, though it makes my ends a bit dry. Overall, I would recommend this specially formulated hair care line for the beautiful scent, and to help repair dry, damaged, colour treated hair - as compared to other shampoos that don’t address breakage repair.

Hard to Lather

I like the idea of this shampoo, however I found it kind of hard to get a good lather. The consistency is very thick, so it took a lot of scrubbing to get a good lather up. It did work well with the rest of the products in the same range.

Parfum beaucoup trop fort

Malheureusement le parfum beaucoup trop puissant lui vaut la note de 3/5, au niveau de la texture ça va ne mousse pas vraiment au premier lavage, mais au Deuxième lavage c’était correct. Malheureusement impossible de passer par dessus le parfum
