    Amazing protein pasta!

This protein pasta is easily one of the best I have tried. There’s no weird aftertaste or gummy texture, and I love that it has minimal ingredients. This will definitely be a staple in my home.

    Chewy and tasty

Tried out edamame spaghetti from last night.

Made a quick stir fry noodle with garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes, miso, butter, soy sauce, chilli crisp, salt and pepper.

I was surprised by the firm and chewy texture. It was a nice surprise as the last time I tried a gluten-free pasta, it didn’t have as nice of a texture. Not the case with this edamame pasta.

As someone who does check ingredients on grocery items, the fact that this pasta was only made with organic edamame and water was a huge selling point. It has simple ingredients, is high in protein and fibre, and cooks quickly for a simple/quick dinner.

Lots of Protein and less carby than wheat pasta

This is not your regular wheat spaghetti! It's plant based and full of protein. Therefore when you cook it, it's not as starchy as your regular wheat based spaghetti. This means you may need to change the recipe a little bit because it won't thicken your sauce like wheat spaghetti. I find it chewier and more texture and lighter after a pasta meal. I made my regular tuna capers pasta!
