To Die For!!

I found these at a small grocery store near my doctor's office so I decided to give them a try. They are very hard to find in Canada. There are full and half peanuts all loaded and stuck onto the caramel so you get that extremely rich and delicious nut flavour! If you love peanuts, this is a bar for you. The caramel is thick and chewy, but it does not get stuck in your teeth. The caramel adds a nice sweetness while the salted peanuts add a salty flavour. There is the perfect sweet/salty balance. This bar is chewy yet crunch. It is one of the bests!

I have loved these Payday bars since I was a kid. Unfortunately, I can no longer find them in Canada. Last time my parents went to the States, they bought me a case, and I was in heaven! It's not a chocolate bar, it's peanuts stuck together with caramel and it's just delicious. Coming in at 240 calories, it's about the same as any of the other major chocolate bars. I would recommend to friends and purchase again. I have seen similar type bars available in Canada and they are manufactured by Planters. They are also delicious but my second choice after Paydays.
