Rich and Delicious Cookies

These cookies are a nice treat. You can purchase them alone in a package or if you buy the assorted Peak Freak cookies you will find a row of these in it. These cookie packages often come on sale at Walmart of Loblaws. The cookies are rich tasting and delicious. They are great with tea or with milk.

The cookie itself has a mild butter flavor and a nice crunch. It is a bit of a twist on a shortbread cookie. The cream is mildly sweetened and it has a light vanilla and cream flavor. The center is a strawberry jelly and there is sugar sprinkled on top. This cookie has a nice sweetness to it. When you take a bite you get a variety of different flavors and textures. It is a good tasting cookie.

I enjoy these biscuits so much, they have the perfect flavor, right amount of jellie and a tasty, smooth and creamy center. Their pair great with tea. They are also affordable and easy to find at any local grocery store or pharmacy.

Light Cookies With Sweetened Cream

As a child, these were my favourite cookies. There are two crunchy yet soft cookies with a sweetened vanilla cream sandwiched in the middle of them. In the centre of the top cookie, is a small amount of thick fruit jelly. The taste of the light cookie, the sweetened cream, and the fruit jelly create a delicious flavour profile for your palate.

The design of the cookie is cute, making them great to serve to guests. These are easy to find at most supermarkets and are also included in the Peek Freans Assorted Creme Biscuit collection (purple box).
