Pretty tasty, but the other flavour is slightly better

Out of the two flavours that i've tried, I believe this one is less tasty than the other one. Although it is a tad sweet for my liking, the description of how the bar tastes is spot on. The dark chocolate helps balance out everything. The cashews aren't as evident as I thought they would be however. I do like that it doesn't have the weird whey protein after taste which is always welcome. Would buy these again but hopefully they make it a tad less sweet.

very yummy!

I got to try this as my sample and i preferred this bar over the cashew, salted caramel and dark chjocolate flavoured bar due to the taste. I love the taste and i feel like it's a super bar where it can help as a quick snack 'on the go' type. It has 32% fibre which is impressive. The only thing i disliked is the 13g of fat and the 190 mg of sodium. Seems a bit high? I'm not a nutritionist but it just seems high in both categories.

Great Vegan protein bars

This is my second flavour I tried. It's very good. Personally I like the cashew one better but that's just personal preference. Both are very good. Again this one is a little sweet and would be better with less sugar. I like that its soy free, artificial sweeter free, and gluten free for people with sensitives. Decent amount of protein for a vegan bar. Nutritionally it is good for macro-nutrients but micro nutrients might be lacking. I would like less carbs which could be aided by cutting sugar down. It only lists calcium and iron as micro nutrients so its hard to give it a 5 star on nutrition. Last issued I have is the use of palm kernel oil (save the orangutans!)

Great product although cashew salted takes my vote!

I tried both flavours and I must say cashew salted taste way better. I found it gave me the boost I needed for my work out and wasn't too chewy, the nutrional content is great and it tasted good still, just not as good as the cashew salted one.

Great Powerbar

These were quite tasty but I think I do prefer the Salted caramel version but these are good too. Again, I am not into dark chocolate but these are sweet enough. I really do enjoy these and will be buying some this weekend. I do like the fact that they do have a good amount of protein per bar as I have a baby and never know if I am getting enough nutrients as I do breastfeed and need more so these are good for getting some extra goodness in while tasting good!#gotitfree #PowerBarPlantProtein

I'm not really a fan of almonds, but honestly in this bar, I didn't mind them at all. With the sea salt and the chocolate, the almond is the perfect thing to give you a bit of crunch. I love how high it is with protein, and how good it tastes. I always got protein bars that taste like chalk, but this protein bar, actually tastes like a snack! My kids loved them and wanted me to buy some more right away. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to boost their protein intake, and to anyone who wants to try something different. This is the product for you! #gotitfree

A filling snack packed with protein but also high in fat

I was pleasantly surprised with the PowerBar Plant Protein Almond, Sea Salt & Dark Chocolate bar. The bar had a great taste and was packed with 10 g of protein. I found the bar was filling and helped with recovery after a workout. The bar does have 13 g of fat, including 2.5 g of saturated fat, a high amount for a 50 g bar.

Bonjour, je recommende ces barres aux personnes qui aiment les amandes et le chocolat noir car elles sont tres gouteuses. Nous les avons recu en cadeau et avons tres apprécié.

Great Plant Based Protein Bar

It can be difficult to find a plant based protein bar that packs enough protein and has great flavour. The flavour wasn't amazing (I tasted mocha for some reason) but it was good and I would eat them again. Honestly I prefer the Cashew Caramel ones better. I really did like the amount of almonds in this bar (I love almonds!). All in all, a very tasty protein bar!

Not as much protein as I would have liked

I received this product complimentary for review purposes. I enjoyed the other flavour more than this. Like the other flavour, it didn't have enough protein for my needs but still tasted good.
