You put it on your hair before you blow dry and it protects from the heat and helps with split ends. It really helped with my split ends and it smells amazing it is for color treated hair but i have used it on my regular hair too and it works just the same. It helps keep your color fresh when dyed though. I leaves my hair super soft and smelling great and gets rid of a lot of the damage!
