Awful Money Hungry Company
I made my order this last Monday it is now Friday, I received my order on Thursday, on Wednesday night without any email confirming another week of subscription or "hey would you like to change any smoothies" I was charged $62.91. I hadn't even received my order from this company yet when they decided to charge me for another order, aka I never even tried the subscription to decide if I wanted to follow through with it. I called (I'm not lying) 37 times and after 10 minutes of being hold was hung up on each time. I emailed about 4 times with no response. Finally, I got ahold of a live person on the chat. I than waited about 5 hours before someone emailed me regarding this, I had still yet to receive my order at this point but, again, was charged for my next order? I have been speaking to a man named Ryan that is extremely unhelpful. I told him I want a refund because I haven't even been given an opportunity to try this product. He said they can not do that, but they will push out my next order (?????) and give me 30 percent off my two following orders after that. Is this some sort of trap they think I'm an idiot? They didn't even care for my concern, they didn't even care that I didn't even get to try their products they are selling and promoting they literally just wanted my money. I have been going back and forth with this man for 2 days now and I'm not getting any help except him continuing to say he can not give me a refund and will give me 30 percent off of an order I don't even want. He told me that deliveries on Thursday to Sunday get charged Sunday, I said okay well my order was DELIVERED end of the day Thursday and I was charged Wednesday, he said well it was supposed to be delivered Wednesday we use a third party company so that is not our fault it was delayed. Well sir, nor is it mine and I am the customer.
So, let me put this into another perspective, the same day I made this order the same day I decided I wanted to try and compare Daily Harvest Smoothie Subscription, I received that order on Wednesday morning, still not charged for the next week, upon receiving the order, it sadly had numerous broken cups in it, I messaged them and sent them the photos of my products that were sadly ruined, they replied INSTANTLY. They offered to send me another week of products for free AND a refund if I wanted as well as $20 for my next order IF I wanted to continue using them. How absolutely kind and great is that customer service? Also, their smoothies were MUCH better as far as ingredients and taste since two had survived the fall, I've found this companies make my stomach hurt and make me nauseous.
So, I am now contacting my PayPal account which charged my checking account to cancel this and refund me since, 1. i haven't received the 2nd order, and 2. I was never given a notice email and 3. I do not want to EVER be a customer of this company again.
So, I am hoping I can get my money back for an item I never received and hoping people read this to know they care about money, not their customers. Also, the price is better at Daily Harvest if you are still looking for a smoothie company.
I had a terrible experience with this company.
I cancelled my smoothie order and they still took my money. When I contacted them to let them know, they apologised, and said the would credit my account instead of a full refund. I agreed to this. A few minutes later I received an email asking me to disregard their previous email and I would not get the credit back. This is incredibly unfair and unprofessional. I am deeply unhappy.
Scammed!!
I placed an order that came thawed out and crushed. Contents inside were open and thawed out. I contacted the company and was promised a replacement box. I was repeatedly emailed by them until I answered to which I replied and told them that delivery day was good, I got the tracking number and was told it would arrive the next day. I waited all day and it did not arrive. The tracking number was not linked to anything and still isn’t. I emailed them and explained that it didn’t show up and they said it was on the way to wait another 2 days and to contact them at the end of the 2nd day. So the next day the tracking number still wasn’t working so I emailed inquiring about that and that I wanted my account deleted and cancelled and was told that was normal to expect it the following day but not to cancel my account yet as they would make it right. I once again sat home all day waiting and it did not arrive. I emailed them once again asking for my account to be canceled and for a refund since I did not get what I payed for or a replacement. They offered me a 10$ coupon but ignored my request to cancel my account, I now have a withdrawal coming next week and No way to cancel my account as they will not answer my emails. I did not receive a replacement box as promised and did not receive my money back. The contents were no good upon arrival so I was 100% scammed. I would not recommended this company to anybody and would recommend one of the other subscription based services. The customer service is terrible and you cannot cancel your account without emailing them. You cannot change anything once you enter it the first time so choose your plan carefully. They are a total scam and I have contacted the BBB about them aswell.
Absolutely terrible customer service...designed to trap you
I move frequently for my job as a travel nurse, and I found this company impossible to work with. They don't notify you when an order is about to be placed or when something is sent, like every other food subscription service. I had no idea that on an old credit card, it just kept billing me and sending $140-something boxes of smoothies to an old address. Apparently it is just policy to send any notifications or receipts, they just hope you are too busy to notice right away. Apparently they do have tracking, but it's not sent to you and you're not allowed to see it. They also make it difficult to cancel. Unlike every other company (which I've never had anything like this happen, they did nothing to help me in this situation. It's just one of those expensive services that doesn't offer much but hopes you'll be trapped into it. The smoothies are also not great, they are mediocre. The consistency is just not great when everything is frozen (as opposed to a combination when you make it yourself), the taste for most of them was not very great, and you really don't get much of a smoothie for the amount you're paying per item. It's literally the same price, possibly more expensive, to just have someone else make you a nice smoothie.
In summary, this company has a meh product (you could make a better smoothie yourself...and it's not like you don't still have to make it and buy additional products to make it... it's not an end product) and shitty customer service.
TERRIBLE COMPANY
They are money hungry business who love to steal money from people!!! The food is so bad it taste like they came out of the can!! I just entered my information to try out and they ended up charging me almost $60 3 days later!!! And they love to put tramps, every time you try to cancel the subscription they tell you to go to your account and when you go to your account it says if you want to cancel you need to email them!!! Guess what?? I emailed them and they are yet to respond to my email and when you go to their “frequently asked question” rest assured they make it clear that once your payment has gone through, there is nothing that can be done because they do not do refunds. Terrible terrible company, I would not recommend this scam!!! Terrible tasting food & don’t even get me started with the small portions they put in the nasty cup.

First of all their product sucks completely tasteless. I deleted all items out of my subscription as its impossible to actualiy cancel online [SHADEEE] and then after 2 months of being canceled they decided to restart charges without my consent. After they charged me, and almost a week before the scheduled shipment, which gave them plenty of time to do the right thing and cancel and not send anything, they responded with "we will cancel with a 20% fee" despite them doing NOTHING FOR THE ORDER YET. Let that sink in. A small business is trying to charge me to cancel a subscription which i already canceled 2 months ago. STAY FAR AWAY
Skip it
They have minimal taste for the price (when bought at full price) and they have made canceling the subscription difficult. The smoothies tasted all the same and cardboardish. To cancel you have to email Customer service, however they also don't clearly state this on your 'account info' and you have to read the FAQs to find the answer. I'd stay away.
Tastes like cardboard
It's honestly not hard to make a good tasting smoothie. I like buying subscription smoothies for the variety without needing to buy massive quantities of unique ingredients. However, there's no variety with Revive. They all taste like cardboard. Not sure how this happened; perhaps the fruit is old and has lost its flavor and absorbed the flavor of the cardboard container? Regardless, these are disgusting, and I will not be buying again. Back to Daily Harvest for me.
Poor Business Practices
Like everyone else, I tried to cancel but it is impossible. I suspended my account as I am out of town for several months. They randomly billed me so I checked to see if my account was suspended; it was. I tried emailing to ask why and attempted to cancel with no response from them. I had to cancel my credit card.
Impossible cancellation process
I keep trying to cancel, but it isn't working and I got charged again! I didn't like the smoothies at all. When I ask them to cancel, they keep sending me emails and won't do it, even though you're supposed to be able to cancel anytime. I will probably need to cancel my card. I'm also going to pursue damages if it continues.
