This spray is great when you need an instant coverup. This home product covers your roots when you are in between appointments with your hairdresser. No stiff hair nor strong lingering chemical smell. Also with my hair thinning,the bonus is that the parts are covered giving me the illusion that my hair is thick and full.

Schwarzkopf root retoucher is fast and easy to use and last all day. the perfect tool in between dying hair every 3 months just to cover the grey. i will keep a can in the bathroom for those times.

Wow! This stuff really works!

I received my root retoucher and honestly I did not think this would work at all. I thought it would be like the Halloween spray color we all used as kids. But, wow... It goes on really easy and a little goes a long way. It only takes a couple of quick burst to do all of my roots and it looked like I JUST had my hair coloured. It matched my colour perfectly and I felt like a million bucks! Also I didn't experience any colour transfer onto my clothes or pillowcase which I think is a huge bonus! Will def recommend to everyone, especially my local friends as we all have to travel a distance to get our hair coloured and this will help extend the time between visits!

Great for cover ups in between colour

I received this product free as part of a Chick Advisor review.

I have dark brown hair, coloured, with 70% gray. So when my roots grow out, it is very obvious.

This product covered up my gray roots very well. I expected a crunchy hairspray feeling from the product, but it dries very softly, it’s not a hairspray. The colour blended well into my part, and will get you to your next colour, I would use it again.

On the downside, I get grays at my temples, and I just couldn’t seem to make it work to cover those, and it dripped on my skin while trying. (I couldn’t hold it right to cover the sides). Also, you can’t touch it, even after dry, the colour will come off on your hands.

I would use this product again, it’s a good carry over to your next colour.

Way better than expected!!!

I was surprised that the colour match my roots so perfectly. It was virtually invisible. So easy to use and has a decent scent. I have a few grey hairs at my temples and along my part. I need very little product to cover them up and not spray paint marks on my head! I will definitely purchase this product and use regularly

Schwarzkopf® Root Retoucher Review

I got Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher in dark brown colour from Chick Advisor as a free product. I tried this product on myself. Overall I am happy with this product as it is effective for touch up. And good point is it can be used daily safely. I would recommend this product as I am satisfied with its performance and it matched exactly with my hair colour.

Works great

This product works amazing to cover my grey roots. Having to get my roots coloured every five weeks is very expensive. This is an affordable option. It blended well with my dyed hair color and you couldn’t see the color difference. The only part that I didn’t like was my face had dark brown spots (dye) on it that I had to wash off after. The product is great and I would definitely buy this product. #gotitfree

I HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, AND I WAS GOING OUT FOR AN EVENING KNOWING MY HAIR NEEDED TO BE TOUCHED UP, THOUGHT THIS WAS THE PERFECT TIME TO GIVE MY ROOT RETOUCHER A TRY. Pleasantly Surprised

I was very sceptical to try this product but I sure am glad that I did! I was very pleased with how it well it worked. The product was a great match for my hair colour and the special nozzle on the bottle made it fairly easy to control when spraying it. I was concerned that the product would flake off when it was dry but it didn’t. It lasted all day and if I didn’t wash it out right away it still looked okay the next day.
I think that this is a great way to do a root touch up if I was between colourings and was going out or for a special unexpected occasion. It is quick to use and very effective!

Loving the grey coverage

This has been such a handy product to have and I have been really happy with how well it has covered my regrowth around my face and hairline. I have black hair so any grey hairs that show up become very noticeable even with just a slight bit of regrowth. I only have the odd few greys starting to show up but I really can't stand the sight of them. This was so quick and easy to use before going out for any occasion just to make my hair look great and freshly coloured. Application is quick and easy and the spray nozzle is precise. There is no weird smell to the product and it washed out easily. I only found results lasted a day at most however. Completely recommend this if your wanting to give your hair a quick tidy up.
