I found this product very not as effective as I need. It left an residue on my face after I used the product. It was not a product I would use in the future.

thanks butterly for selecting me to try this cleansing oil, this is by far the best cleansing oil i have tried, left my skin really soft perfect for removing my daily make up. so yes i definitely recommand it !

I wanted to love this

I really wanted to love this, but sadly did not. I know a lot of people do, so maybe I was using it incorrectly, but I found it too watery to use. The fragrance was nice, but I didn’t find it any more effective than some of my alternative cleansers that I get at a much lower price point.

Great result after couple of use

Great result after couple of use, I have sensitive skin, so I was worried to try this, but it was wonderful, totally satisfied with outcome, highly recommended.

Love it

This oil is particularly suitable for sensitive skin and among all the other cleansers this one has the most emollient medium-weight smooth feel. It leaves the skin completely clean and soft! In terms of effectiveness, it does remove thick makeup in one go but as for eye makeup it didn’t take off 100% of the mascara which was a little turn off. For the face makeup, it can effectively remove sunscreen, foundation, powder and everything else without stripping the skin.

Nice product

I haven't used a cleansing oil before..this is the first time i am using it..it nourishes your skin while removing your makeup..not harsh on the skin..the smell is not great though..really strong smell..

Shu Uemura

I like how Shu Uemura is nice and light on my skin. The scent isn’t to strong so it does irritate my skin . I would definitely buy shu uemura. And recommend the product for others to try.

Clean and Moist

I tried this product as a free sample. My face felt clean and moist. I always worry about oil cleansers might cause acne but I didnt have that problem. Very nice product would have like a bigger sample to try to get a better idea about the product.

Gamechanger for makeup removal!

I was using solid cleanser balm before trying out this Shu Uemura Ultime8 Cleansing Oil and I don't think I can go back to the balm. My makeup comes off so much easier and quicker with this cleansing oil, and a little goes a long way. I will definitely be repurchasing this when I run out.
