Démaquillant en huile

J’ai utilisé le produits sur une période de 3-4 jours consécutifs et j’ai été perplexe sur mes émotions. Je démaquillais mon visage le soir avant le couché. Mes yeux ont brûlés les 3-4 cours sans faute. Je ne comprend pas cela ne m’était jamais arrivé dans le passé. Cela m’a aider à dormir car je ne pouvais même pas garder mes yeux ouverts. Sur le visage j’ai adoré. Je sentais au réveil que ma peau était plus douce et nourrit. Je recommande donc simplement le produit pour nettoyer le visage mais pour le mascara je conseillerais un autre produit.

Great at removing makeup

This cleansing oil is amazing at removing makeup. I used it against my makeup forever pencils and Kat Von D tattoo pen and it came away with light circular motions. I personally found the scent to be a little strong and felt like it left a bit of a residue on thinner skin areas such as eyelids. All in all great product just might not be the best for me

Love the feel

I was surprised how soft it left my skin. It didn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily. It hydrates the skin very well too and does have a strong smell neither

Shu Uemura

I received this free sample and was pleasantly surprised with the product. It was like a moisturizer and cleanser all in one.
I found my skin was left very soft and clean!

The full product is a bit pricey so not sure it would be within my budget.

Luxury in a bottle

The product has a luxurious feel on the skin. Nicely fragranced. Adding water gives a slight lather. I've used cleansing balms before, so this was a nice treat! I only had a small sample to try, so would be wanting to try the product for a longer amount of time to ensure its effectiveness and to see if my skin has a latent reaction. I used it as a first step in my cleansing routine. It removed regular makeup well and I followed it up with a second cleanser and skincare. My skin felt pampered and hydrated. I would recommend it as a splurge buy as I feel it’s price tag is prohibitive.

Oil without being oily

After using this product for a week I really enjoy how light weight it is. It doesn't leave a film on my skin but still provides a healthy glow. It is an oil but not greasy. Great for summer!

Overpowering Scent

I'm not one that really has an issue with fragrance in my skincare. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but this oil was scented so strongly, it shouldn't be marketed as a makeup remover. Maybe as a face makeup remover, but it definitely shouldn't be used to wipe off mascara and other eye makeup. My eyes burned so much after trying to get my mascara off. Did this product remove it? sure, it did. But I wouldn't use this again around my eyes. For that reason, if I had a full size of this product, I wouldn't want to pay the full amount because I wouldn't use it for my whole face. I guess it's personal preference, but this oil was nothing to write home about, and I won't be purchasing it. The bottle looks nice though! :)

Melts off makeup

I received a free sample to try of the Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil. It contains 8 different botanical oils and works to cleanse the face and will improve the look of skin over time with continued used. This is my first time trying an oil cleanser and as someone with oily skin I wasn’t sure what this would do for my me. It’s a very lovely cleanser and feels so luxurious washing my face with this. I’m so impressed with how well it removed my makeup. It just all melted away and it wasn’t difficult to rinse the cleanser off afterwards. My skin feels soft and surprisingly not greasy and looks and feels clean but doesn’t get that dry, tight feeling. The smell isn’t too strong. A little bit of product goes a long way so even though it’s pricey, a small bottle will last a long time. Overall this works so well and makes my skin feel so nice so I recommend it, especially to anyone who wears lots of makeup on a daily basis.
