Luxe Double Cleansing Oil

Thank you very much @thisisbutterly and @chickadvisor for selecting me to try @shuuemura Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil. I got a 50 ml bottle of this luxurious beauty product for free! I was very happy to test this pampering double cleanser.
I used the Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil to cleanse my face and neck, daily for two weeks, before completing my review. This product does an amazing job cleansing and removing all traces of your day’s make up! The clear oil turns slightly milky when you add water. I found this oil to be very gentle and soothing on my sensitive skin. I had zero irritation. My skin didn’t feel tight. This product did not dry out my skin. My face was left feeling nourished and hydrated.
The fragrance is mild. To me this cleansing oil smells a bit like toasted rice. Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil is made with 8 naturally sourced botanical essentials oils, including treasured Japanese camellia oil, also known as Tsubaki flower. It also contains moisturizing squalane and ginseng.
Since this cleanser is an oil, rather than a soap, it doesn’t lather very well. This smooth oil glides easily over the skin. A little of this product goes a long way! It expertly removed my make up and left my skin feeling clean, soft and supple. It rinses off easily, and leaves behind no residue. I am comfortable using this product daily. It’s the ultimate cleanser, to use to prep your skin before applying your make up, and then again to use to remove your make up.
It’s not the most affordable cleanser, but I recommend Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil to everyone looking for an exquisite and effective cleansing oil.

You pay for what you ger

Used if once, I didn't find it worked well for me and left a film. It did however go on well and was quite easy to use. Again you pay for what you get

Delicate but tough cleansing

I received Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil for free from Butterly to try and I absolutely loved it! This lightweight oil removed all of my face and eye makeup like a breeze and without stripping my face or feeling harsh. The oil made my skin feel nourished and moisturized after cleansing. I used it as part of a double cleansing routine and on its own. Either way my face was clean, nourished and felt amazing after using! I really loved this cleansing oil!

Super luxurious cleansing oil

I really enjoyed testing out this product. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from an oil-based cleanser, but this one was impressive. Not only was it effective at cleansing my skin, it has a beautiful, soft fragrance, but even better than that, it doesn't leave behind any oily residue like many other oil-based or oil-exclusive cleansing products. In fact, it left my skin feeling moisturized, re-hydrated and refreshed. Unfortunately for me, it's not readily available where I live so I may have to source it online if I end up buying it in the future, but definitely recommend. A must try!

works well

The product was somewhat messy to apply as it is an oil. Hard to apply directly to face and when put in palms it spread all over. Once I applied it directly to face, the product worked well in cleansing off makeup and debris. There was no lather, so was different than other cleansers I have used, but it worked well.

Amazing product, works as promised!

I received this product as a free sample, thanks to Butterly and waited for the right opportunity to use it, and I am happy to report that it works absolutely amazingly! I had on a full face of make up that usually takes me a while to clean up and make sure there is no residue the next day. I sometimes use wipes or coconut oil which works okay but this product gave coconut oil a run for their money! Not only does this smell good but it took the make up right off! It also felt very gentle on my skin and did not have any left over feeling of there being oil on my face. My skin felt great not just being make up free but thanks to this lovely cleansing oil, would a 1000% recommend and will definitely buy this!

I used the oil cleanser every night as my first cleanser of my double cleanse routine. I love how easy it was to remove my make by applying it to my face with my hands or a cotton pad. It made my skin looks & feels so luxurious, smooth & clean. Love that it is created with 8 essential natural sourced oils sought out from Chinese medicines and beauty oils from all over the world which not only removes makeup but is also great for your skincare.

Deep cleaning power

I've heard of cleansing oils but this is my first time using it. It's amazing and has made a big difference! It removes everything - sunscreen, foundation, waterproof mascara, lipstick. There's nothing it won't remove! Had no idea I wasn't doing a proper cleaning without it until I used this. I use my normal cleanser after this to remove the oil. Have noticed that my skin is extra clean now and it doesn't dry out my skin. As a result, I'm seeing less breakouts and better results from the rest of my skin care. Will be definitely continue to use a cleansing oil in my routine. Yes, it's an extra step but results are so worth it.
