I am not a morning person and I normally do not eat breakfast but when I was in college I knew that I needed the nutrients to focus properly. This was the perfect solution and tasty too!

Theses shakes are tasty, satisfying and quick. It's a great protein boost, which fills you up for hours. It's my go to after night shifts. They are great room temperature or cold. Very inexpensive for a protein shake.

Cheaper than competing nutritional shakes and not thick like the other shakes either. Gives a good energy boost and nutritional boost for getting the day started. My little one loves them too!

Tried a couple flavours. They taste pretty good & are great for a quick breakfast or other meal when I'm on the go!

Chocolate & Mocha flavours are the most tasty. Great value if bought on sale. Otherwise, a little pricey for 4 bottles. Best when drank slightly frozen.
